The car buying experience usually elicits a fair bit of anxiety from me, but I have to say 5 Star Subaru of Grapevine made my car purchase pretty painless. They are a business and they have to make money, I get that, but "Chief" (my sales consultant) was super easy going and I felt no hint of pushiness or pressure. In the last 9 years I have purchased 2 new Subaru Outbacks from Mark Miller. Both experiences rank as the best buying experiences of my life of 68 years. They were courteous, respectful, accommodating, and pleasant. They bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with everything. I see no reason for ever going to another dealer, and I don't even live in Utah where they are located. The first time I bought from them I was living in Hawaii, and the second time I am living in Idaho.
