New and used 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid for sale near Glenville, CT

I am a loyal customer for quite a few years with Brewster Subaru, my experiences have all been exceptional from sales to service , from when I have my little meltdown if something happens to my 2021 legacy which is what I have currently!! Saw online a nice used Honda at a reasonable price and called dealership to see if it was available. I was told someone was interested in it and they were coming the next day to see it. I requested to be called if they didn?t take it. The next day Minville Thompson called to tell me the car was available and we decided on a time I could see it. My situation is unique as I?m disabled and the car had to be brought across town to me. Minville had no trouble bringing it to me. I was pretty sure I wanted it to I had set up a time for my mechanic to check it out at the same time. Everything checked out - there were a few things that need Ed to be addressed and Minville suggested that they may be able to reduce the price a little for them. We settled on a price and the next day Minville drove all the way to my house again so I could sign papers and pay for the car. The dealership would then take the car to the company that will install hand controls on the car so that I may drive it. I?m very appreciative of Minville driving out to me TWICE so that I could purchase the car. I had been looking for a car for almost 2 months and nobody else had been this accommodating and understanding of my situation.

New dealership looks great. They needed a bigger space. Did not really take to the person that assisted me. She was indifferent and was kind of a fast talker and a mumbler. Very dry personality. Love the new look and do enjoy a few of the people that work there but this experience was meh!!!
