Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

We purchased a 2017 Forester from the Subie doc, we traded in our older 2011 forester and we absolutely love it. Zero issues and both Jake and Alex were very easy to work with. They answered all Our questions and made the experience pleasant. They also help service it for oil changes after the fact!

Bought this car three years old with less than 50K miles on it. I’ve loved it since we got it. It has been very reliable, fun to drive, with pretty minor drawbacks. For example the maintenance has been very minimal. I haven’t noticed ANY oil burning or leaking (I have personally changed the oil every 3-4K miles). Sometimes on long trips it will burn some oil and need a top off, which the car alerts us to. Overall I’d buy this car over and over as long as it fit my needs at the time. Currently looking into an Ascent for future hockey trips and other trips.

Overall a very positive experience. The salesman Shaun was courteous, knowledgable and friendly. The finance office was very informative and efficient. There was nothing about the experience i would change. We have had a far more positive experience in the Denver area as opposed to where we live in Colorado springs.

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

After any serving of a vehicle taking it through your car wash before returning to customer. This might encourage more customer loyality. Oil change prices are too expensive. The expertise needed to do that job doesn't equalate to charging that amount.

After reading all the good reviews of Courtesy, decided to buy a CX-9 here. The staff was friendly, well-versed on the features of the car, and arranged two test drives without any hassle at all. The obvious honesty in everything they did stood out, including Dave, Amy and the sales manager (Brian?). It was a pleasant experience. The buying process was relatively fast and painless. I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience buying a Subaru at Dellenbach. Patrick just walked around the lot with us chatting, encouraging us to go ahead and get in the cars to explore, showed us a number of vehicles. We never felt any pressure whatsoever. It was like hanging out with a bud. We decided to go look at some other lots and he was just chill, didn't tey to jeep us there. We decided to buy one of the cars and returned. The whole process was fast and easy. Buck ran my credit, gave Patrick the paperwork for me to sign very quickly. It was after 5:00 so I couldn't get to the bank for my cash down payment and they informed me that running my debit card for that amount would be costly. They said just take the car and come back in the morning with the money, put a liscenses plate on the car and I was home in time for dinner. I never dreamed that buying a car could be that relaxing and fun! I highly recommend Patrick our great salesman. Buy your next car at Dellenbach if you want a No Stress experience.
