Used 2020 Subaru Forester SUVs for sale near Forest Lake, IL

The staff there were very helpful with my questions regarding the vehicle I was interested in. They even offered to pick me up at the airport (Chicago O'Hare) if I decided to fly in to purchase and pick up the vehicle.

I have a 2020 Forester with 19000 miles. I love it, especially as a tall and aging man. It it easy to drive, easy to get in and get out. Miles per gallon is great, typically well over 30 mpg in day to day city driving. I have noticed a number of complaints about batteries. I think in 2019-2020 they had a bad supplier of batteries. My experience was total battery failure at about 10000 miles. I had to purchase a replacement from AAA. Such stories were common during that period. I was irritated but received reimbursement even though it is not typical for a dealer/car company to do so. Smart dealers want to keep your business. The only other expenses were created by potholes knocking the car out of allignment and nails in parking lots puncturing the same tire twice! Sweep your xxxx parking lots retailers and restaurants.

Great staff and very good deals on new vehicles. Quick, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend if your looking for a great deal check with these guys first. They will get you that Great deal others can't.

This is my first Subaru and I’m so impressed! Just a great drive! I love the safety and convenience features…but I also just love to drive again!!!

My 2020 Forester does everything I ask it to, very effective and efficiently. I've owned over 100 vehicles in my life time and this one is with my top favorites. Good value, safe, economical, reliable, dependable, and over all quality is top notch. I am very pleased with this decision.

After having a less than positive experience at a different Hyundai dealership, I was extremely relieved to find such a helpful and honest salesperson in Darko. He wasn’t pushy at all and was quite patient with me as I worked through all my questions. And while I did have to bring the vehicle back upon realizing that the door jambs had not been properly cleaned before I was given the keys, I am loving my new Palisade! Overall, from the person who greeted us when we first walked in, to the first time I drove it off the lot, the staff at Gregory Hyundai made this a smooth car-buying experience. At 78 we had a hard time getting in and out of my Acura TLX. This vehicle is so much better for my wife and myself. Vehicle has more interior space, rides smoother, more safety features, better gas mileage, etc. Only time will tell if it is as reliable. Had the car now for 2 months.

The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.
