Tim is the best service manager at Lexus Santa Monica, he's funny, always happy and chipper, always eager to help in any and all ways. Tim hears me out, never disregards my comments and always makes sure my car is fixed smoothly and quickly.

I got the 2025 Subaru Forester Touring. I stayed with Subaru because I loved my 2017 Touring. I'm familiar with the layout. Hybrid was not available, but I heard the battery cuts into the cargo space.

Great value! The ride is so smooth and the Forester holds the road really well on turns and curves. I got the base model and it still had great safety and comfort features. Very happy!

I've had my 2025 Subaru Forester for a little less than a month. Pros: Smooth ride, comfortable seats, good sight lines out the windows, spare tire. Cons: Cost of extras already installed that I didn't want, duplicate control options for some items .

Service was quite fast when I brought my car in for something I thought would take a few hours. They had it done in about 1 hour and I was quite pleased.

I love my forester!! The only complaint is the driving assist sensors don't work with a steering wheel cover (leather), and the adaptive cruise control is too sensitive. Other than those 2 things literally everything else is perfect.

Since purchasing my 2025 Outback Wilderness from Sierra Subaru of Monrovia, I have very pleased with the numerous personnel I have had to engage and work with. The two times I have had to bring my car in for the scheduled maintenance service, Sandy Perez has been very pleasant, courteous, and respectful. We have had our new Subaru Forester for two months now. We find we love it more every day! The mfg. goes the extra mile in making sure a person is fully satisfied with the auto. I think it is one of the best values on the market. We purchased the Premium trim level and got every accessory we wanted and more. It is a very sharp looking SUV and exceedingly easy to operate all the options. I would say it's one of the best automobiles we ever purchased. It took until age 81 to purchase a foreign made auto, and gladI did!!

Service Advisor Alexander Ordonez worked on providing best pricing, including discounts. He communicated clearly service results, future service, and addressed questions. A plus advisor.

I prefer to go to Ocean Subaru for my car repairs as I have experienced great customer service and efficient up to date follow ups.

The people who worked at the desk were very kind and polite. They took the time to explain everything that was done. But whoever worked on my car did not reset the alert that says my car needs service. So every time I start my Subaru it states i need immediate service. I have also been waiting on a sensor part for my Forrester since December 2022. I have not heard anything yet and have reminded them about the part twice already.

I do all my service here. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with coupon savings, too.

Jaime Vega was my service advisor. I felt he was very interested in finding and solving the problem with my 2020 Outback. He was knowledgeable about what needed to be done, thoughtful about my needs, and communicative about the process. I will seek him out in future when I need help.

My overall experience is very good. The facilities clearly indicate that the dealer is very trustworthy with division of labor in all departments of business. The employees are very polite. They know what they are doing. They attempt to give me explanation so as to make me understand. The efficiency of the technicians of the service department has cut down our waiting time to a minimum.

I have continued to go back to Sierra Subaru because they are always very helpful and nice. In particular Sandy Perez is always very kind and helps me with anything I might need. She is always communicating with me through the entire process and ensuring I approve any services that are recommended. I always enjoy working with Sandy Perez and will come back to Sierra Subaru because of her.

Had an overall great experience at Subaru Santa Monica. They were easy to work with and made the buying process straightforward with no major complications. The staff were friendly and helpful, and able to accommodate our needs to get the purchase complete. The location was nice and enjoyable to be at!
