We were treated like VIPs. The car I bought was used and the salesman actually pointed out a defect and they fixed that. Too much longer waiting about 5 hours . My compressor was replaced xxx son as bought the car and then an few weeks later was not working properly.

all the employees at granite subaru are top notch. they have an excellent waiting area that is huge and offers free coffee and wifi. the sales and service team are great and always have a phenominal attitude. the service advisor said that my 2020 subaru outback would be ready in 1 and one half hours and it was. I highly recommend granite subaru for sales and service.
