I needed a new vehicle and had decided to upgrade from my previous cars. A Cadillac was on my short list, so we started with Napleton Cadillac in Rockford. As we were looking at the cars, we were greeted by Alex, who brought us into the showroom to chat so he could find out more about us and what we were looking for. We took a beautiful new XT5 out for a test drive, and then went back in to chat more and get more information. I told Alex that I was just beginning my search, and he very nicely asked if he could give me a card, which of course, I took. Over the weekend he emailed me to explain current offers and rebates. After looking at a few other brands, I decided on an XT5, so we went in the following week to further discuss a purchase and look at a few new and preowned cars. Alex took the time to explain the specs on each one, making sure that I understood what each car had to offer. He wanted to make sure that I would be happy with the model I chose. Buying a car is a long process, but the Napleton showroom is very comfortable, and the fresh coffee and snacks kept us going! By the time we finished with the purchase, night had fallen and I wasn't comfortable driving a new car in the dark. Alex offered to have it delivered the next day. My beautiful new XT5 arrived the next morning at the appointed hour, freshly washed and detailed. Alex stayed to help us set up our Onstar service and get acquainted with my car. The overall service was simply impeccable. From the beginning to the end, I never felt any pressure, and everyone at Napleton made us feel very important and welcome. I am very happy that I chose to shop locally and that I chose this dealership. I want to thank Alex for making the whole process easy and pleasant. Five Stars!

Excellent for my older Outlook and new Forester. One issue only - wasn'ttold that new camera in rear view mirror removed Homelink feature and compass from mirror. I use hese features dsily and they are more important than a rear view camera in the mirror. Issue still to be resolved

Jacqueline Griffith was absolutely lovely. She was patient and helpful without making me feel pressured. She was very knowledgeable and helpful from car features to insurance and financing questions. She really made me feel like she cared about me as a person and not me as a number on her spreadsheet. My SIL is a former car salesman and he was impressed by the way this dealership does business. There was no aggressive salesman, there was no extra fluff on the deal sheet. If I said I wasn’t interested in something, they took it off without complaint. Very honest, very straight forward. Very happy customer.

Took my forester for warranty , all went well and on a very good timely manner. The advisor Hector was polite . The only thing I was a little upset was whoever worked on my vehicle didn?t rinse the spilled antifreeze so when I drove it home it was smoking and smelled very strong . Other than that Customer service was great !

I recently purchased a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek and Jon was a pleasure to work with every step of the way! He was knowledgeable about the year and model. I even took the dealer up on their offer to put a deposit down so the car would be "on hold" while I wait a couple days for my PPI appointment with the mechanic, something I'd never done before. I would happily buy another car from this dealership!

Had problems with Electrical, tried Caar Subaru where we had purchased our Forester. The explanation of the problem that my husband gave them made no sense to them. We became frustrated with their lack of customer service. We went into Royal Moore to ask for assistance. We were met by Isaha, the most charming young man, very helpful. Isaha went out of his way to help us determine the problem and understood what my husband was saying. He determined the problem, set us up with an appointment to have it fixed and the rest is history. We are having our brakes done there, our a/c recall taken care of and will be using Royal Moore service department in the future. Dylan called me quickly after I submitted build request. Good job. Fifteen minutes later I called back and spoke to Jacob after I realized they already had the 25 Outback I wanted. The Sales Manger sent me a menu (spec sheet) by email that evening and things looked good. I sent him two emails but he never responded. The next day (Monday) we arrived at the dealership and Charles showed us the Outback we had picked. Everything looked good. We wanted to add a CD player, mudflaps and side body moldings, so the dealerships ordered them and we said we would be back to pick up the car on Friday. The only downside was the buying process. Since we had already agreed to the deal and knew which car we were buying, we didn't leave the dealership until 6PM (4 hours and 30 minutes) . This was too long for oldish people. Especially on a Monday where is was possible there were no other car buying transactions happening in the dealership. We came back in the afternoon on Friday and the accessories were installed, the car was washed and look really good. I kept the best part until last. Charles Creekpaum you were terrific and you really knew how to communicate with people three times your age. We are grateful for the time you spent explaining the new tech we had never experienced before.

I am new to The Villages, so I was unaware of Bill Bryan Subaru service center‘s excellent reputation. Several weeks ago, I was at an early morning medical appointment in Orlando and came out to my car to find my 5 year old battery dead as a door nail. I was able to get a “jump,” but I was very shaky about heading home and perhaps not being able to start my car later in the day. From Orlando, I randomly looked up Subaru dealers near TV. I called Bill Bryan Subaru service at about 8:30 in the morning...probably every service departments busiest time...and a very nice scheduler realized my panic and said “bring it on in”. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted by Alejandro Rosar. Not only did he have a new battery installed, he also had an oil change, much needed, added on to the service. The technician also performed a wonderful multi-point inspection. Alejandro went over that report with me and, I have to say, his attention and the new battery, the oil change, and the inspection gave me a very satisfied and secure feeling about my car. AND on top of all that, the service department gave my car the BEST wash my car has ever had! I highly recommend Bill Bryan Subaru Service Center and Alejandro and I will return.

The oil change was rather quick. Two people came by and told .me of the snacks. Everybody was Very nice nice and helpful. I liked the quick service.

The car buying experience usually elicits a fair bit of anxiety from me, but I have to say 5 Star Subaru of Grapevine made my car purchase pretty painless. They are a business and they have to make money, I get that, but "Chief" (my sales consultant) was super easy going and I felt no hint of pushiness or pressure. We worked out a deal I was happy with and I drove away feeling good about it.
