On 11/20 I brought my 2015 Forestor to your service dept when they opened at 8am. I was greeted by a Ms Alyssa Lupo This very informed attendant kept me comfortable, informed and relieved thru out my 4 hour wait. She explained with clarity to me what they had found, the cost and how much longer before I was able to leave. I’m a 77 year old grandma on my way from St Augustine Fla to see my family I hadn’t seen for several years in Indiana.I was driving alone. It meant the world to me that I was going to be safe for the remainder of my trip. All of this was possible because of the time, interest and concern for my safety from Ms Lupo. Crown Subaru won the lottery when they hired this young woman.

Recently we purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Flatirons Subaru in Boulder, Colorado. The dealership was very clean, well organized and made a good impression from the moment we entered it. The available salesman at the time we came in was Connor. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and mannered. He showed us several vehicles helping us to decide what to buy. If you want to buy a Subaru I definitely recommend Flatirons Subaru and also ask for Connor. You will not be disappointed. Unfortunately we had the displeasure to run into another person who looked very unprofessional. But the experience we had with Connor, convinced me to give 5 stars to this business.

Minor warranty repair made on my 2021 Subaru Forester. Quickly made the repair at no cost and had me on my way. Have used Subaru of Little Rock for all service of the three Subarus' purchased. I’ve owned my new CrossTrek for six months now. I’d previously purchased two Foresters from this dealership. Alex is a low key no pressure salesman. Test drove many of their vehicles. Got a fair deal. A month after purchase I met with Betsy who is their tech specialist. She went over many of the new tech features and was excellent at explaining the many new features my 2017 Forester didn’t have. Took my car in for its first service this month. Del was my service advisor. He explained their service philosophy. Car only needed an oil change and tire rotation so things were easy. Would recommend the sales & service at this dealership without hesitation.

We bought a vehicle from Harrison Luccock at Wilsonville Subaru and we absolutely love it!!! The staff there was amazing and very friendly. Any issue that arose they handled immediately and professionally . The car we wanted wasn’t available so they gave us “plan B” and we love it!!!! I had an excellent experience at this dealership! Though it took a few hours, which buying a car normally will, my sales person, Evans, made sure that I had snacks and water if I needed them. As a first time buyer, they helped me through the process and got me the best deal. I was able to go home with a brand new car! They explain everything so well.
