I ended up test driving a Forester and Ascent with Griz and felt completely comfortable at ease with no pressure to make an immediate decision. After visiting other local dealers and test driving a few other vehicles, I settled on a Forester a week later. We returned to the Chandler location and Kris ended up helping us find a great deal on a touring trim. Brian, in finance, walked through all the paperwork and it was a very easy process. From start to finish this was the least stressful car buying experience we've had and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a Subaru in the future. A fine stress free purchase, there was always a knowledgeable person present to answer my questions. My salesman personally drove us to the freeway to answer my questions about the car's ability to merge. I was completely satisfied with the answer. I have already recommended one relative to check with this dealership about a car if I need another car in the future I will surely come to this dealer first.
