Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

Excellent experience from start to finish! We've always been a Honda family. Daughter purchased a CR-V as a 1st responder during the pandemic and loved Nancy Juhasz, salesperson. I was looking to purchase a Passport and called Nancy. She knew the car inside and out, answered all our questions and worked efficiently to get us what we were looking for. Bought the car right off the showroom floor! Beautiful facility, friendly staff and could not ask for more! TY Piazza Honda AND Nancy! Bought this car three years old with less than 50K miles on it. I’ve loved it since we got it. It has been very reliable, fun to drive, with pretty minor drawbacks. For example the maintenance has been very minimal. I haven’t noticed ANY oil burning or leaking (I have personally changed the oil every 3-4K miles). Sometimes on long trips it will burn some oil and need a top off, which the car alerts us to. Overall I’d buy this car over and over as long as it fit my needs at the time. Currently looking into an Ascent for future hockey trips and other trips.

I've never owned a Subaru before but after purchasing the Forester, I may never own anything but a Subaru again! I love the Eyesight Drivers Assistant that it came equipped with. I can see why this car has one of the best safety ratings out there. The interior is very open, spacious, & comfortable and the panoramic sunroof is amazing! It drives and handles like a dream. I would recommend this car to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

I have a 2020 Forester with 19000 miles. I love it, especially as a tall and aging man. It it easy to drive, easy to get in and get out. Miles per gallon is great, typically well over 30 mpg in day to day city driving. I have noticed a number of complaints about batteries. I think in 2019-2020 they had a bad supplier of batteries. My experience was total battery failure at about 10000 miles. I had to purchase a replacement from AAA. Such stories were common during that period. I was irritated but received reimbursement even though it is not typical for a dealer/car company to do so. Smart dealers want to keep your business. The only other expenses were created by potholes knocking the car out of allignment and nails in parking lots puncturing the same tire twice! Sweep your xxxx parking lots retailers and restaurants.

Eric is service is great. He asks before work is done. He will speak in layman's terms. Always helpful! Always works with us to get us to work.

I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

We had a transmission on the fritz and almost got stranded on Sunday, contacted 512 Auto Sales and had a new car reserved on Monday. We found this dealership on Cars.com as I was searching for a good used car with lots of life left. This isn’t a great time to buy a vehicle with the crazy inflation and supply chain issues, so trying to find a reliable car at a fair price can be difficult. Mark, the owner, was very honest, friendly, knew his cars inside and out, and didn’t pressure my wife and I to purchase from him at all. He was very responsive when I had questions while we were arranging financing and insurance. He and his daughter walked us through the buying process and it felt so quick and easy. Mechanically reliable. Decent gas mileage. Headrests block line of vision. Sideview mirrors can be difficult to adjust. The most uncomfortable seats of any automobile I have ever owned. Lots of cabin noise both city and highway driving.

I've had three other Subarus and this one is my favorite. One of the best parts about this car is how spacious it feels inside. The tall roof combined with the panoramic sunroof bring the outside in and make for a happy drive. It also has the famous Subaru boxer engine and AWD. Road noise is a bit louder than competitors, but that's ok to me because it makes the ride more fun. Also like the Eyesight suite of safety features. It adds a level of confidence to my commute. It also holds a lot of cargo when it needs to do it.

At 78 we had a hard time getting in and out of my Acura TLX. This vehicle is so much better for my wife and myself. Vehicle has more interior space, rides smoother, more safety features, better gas mileage, etc. Only time will tell if it is as reliable. Had the car now for 2 months.
