My experience with Davidson Gebhardt Chevrolet was exceptional, to say the least. Having worked in the customer service industry for many years, I always anticipate and expect a great experience. With our current economy in the slumps, great customer service seems to be a thing of the past. But not at this dealership. Every employee I have encountered is happy and helpful. I have been using this dealership for a few years now to service my suburban. Recently, we had an unfortunate and costly mishap where all wiring and many modules had to be replaced. We filed a claim with insurance and Darek was my service advisor. From the very beginning, he was helpful, polite, professional and attentive where he would always check in with me to give complete and thorough updates about my vehicle. Darek was very knowledgeable with every little detail from filing supplemental insurance claims to answering my many questions and reassuring me that my suburban was in good hands with his technicians. Josh, the service manager, was also very helpful and knowledgeable with all things service and was able to provide a helping hand when needed while always being polite and professional. To the owner of this dealership, you truly have a wonderful service team. Working in the customer service industry for Hilton corporation, I understand this team positivity is due to the company structure and truly caring for your employees. We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

I'm a repeat customer of the Subaru product line and just purchased actually (ordered) a 2023 Impreza 5 door wagon. It has many great standards and it has a long list of options that come standard. It has great quality and craftsmanship too. Life is good.

Jillian Tran provided friendly service and helped keep me informed of getting the used car fixed before buying it. And it passed the pre purchase inspection well. Schompf didn't pressure into buying anything but spent the time to do good.
