We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

From Virginia answering our distress call to Peter who was our service representative, the personal treatment of our predicament was extraordinary. They were not only professional but also compassionate. Peter went beyond normal business procedures to communicate, diagnose and expedite repair of our Outback. We were stranded in a medical situation, from out of state. Their attitude, explanation of the problem and fast action to fix it made our medical situation more bearable. It was a most unusual and uplifting experience that we did not expect from a car problem, in the middle of being in a strange place for unhappy reasons. After a disappointing shopping experience with a dealership based at Commack in Long Island, I stumbled upon Koeppel for a certified 2022 Subaru with the premium package and 14,000 miles that was advertised online. Upon my arrival - in person - the advertised price was what I got with no additional hidden or “mandated” fees. The test drive was immediately followed by a handshake that sealed the deal. Milea Service Manager Angelo contacted me, service was performed on my vehicle, dents were repaired. Problem was corrected satisfactory. Milea made good.

It was my best experience. Now, i can say that the money is well spent.
