The Legacy is an excellent ride, with all wheel drive for that extra dependability in the winter time. Subaru is synonymous with reliability. I would recommend to anyone.

Matthew Tuchman was wonderful! He gave me the lease deal I wanted. I returned my Honda Sport Accord (9400 miles) for a 2025 Honda Accord SE. Matt made me feel at home at DCH & really Delivered Customer Happiness for me. When my remote keys did not work, he told me to call Roadside who arrived in 25 minutes & towed my car to DCH. Matt had my 2 remotes recalibrated & a brand new battery in the car. He then drove the car to my home (another car followed to take him back to DCH) told me what he did & made me very happy. A day late… NEVER a dollar short with these guys! I thought my first experience leasing my civic hatch touring was great, but my second experience beat it! Walked in to test drive SUV’s as my lease was near end.. walked out with a ‘24 Passport Trailsport, the vehicle I never knew I needed! I was lucky enough for Ronald and Alejandro to work their major AGAIN and to also meat the very informative and kind Jean! Their personalities, professionalism, relatability and honesty is truthfully one of the most spectacular forms of customer service I have ever dealt with in my vehicle journey! The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

The 2021 Legacy is improved comfort riding, leg room, the dashboard is digitalized at greater extend. the Charcoal gray color is awesome, looks very elegant. I like the new wheel design and interior changes that add a luxury look that my 2019 did not have.

I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

I bought a 2010 legacy, with 209,000 on it and I've taken it on a couple of trips for over 5 hours a piece and it's a reliable and sturdy car, love the design as well, love subarus and I'm from Vermont so I consider AWD essential, doesn't ride like a tin can, would buy another one for sure.

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! I am 74 years old and this is the sixth Subaru legacy that I've leased since my husband's death. It provides me a secure ride in bad weather and is a pleasure to drive when the sun shines. I may purchase this one.

Purchased new in March 2018 Legacy Limited 2.5. Used as main commuting car until late 2023-now has 89000 miles. Commute 84 miles roundtrip at 80-85 mph, very steady and secure and 29-30mpg. Excellent in heavy rain (never driven in snow) we get in Houston. Will keep 4 more years but Subaru discontinued the Legacy so likely another brand if I want a sedan.

I was not mistaken to choose Subaru Crosstrek, I was Satisfied Daniel the Brand Specialist was amazing he’s great person Daniel gave me a chance time to choose what i wanted and Maureen the branch Manager was excellent, during the car buying process including detailed explanations and options and clear explanations on interest rates and fees She wa absolutely fantastic and communicated very well with me,Everyone was pleasant and friendly staff, clean environment, free coffee and water bottles while the customers are waiting, Thank you Subaru staff Maureen and Daniel they are both amazing person Godbless you all🙏

This dealership impressed due to its Professionalism by all. I was especially impressed by the soft spoken, no pressure, highly informed gentleman Chris -who worked with me to get the exact deal that suit my needs best - The team felt like a family - each person was top notch in executing their part of the process - Each person was informed and personable. They even included a final celebration of purchase in the ringing of the bells with all who worked on the deal ! Such great touches included specific skills of the finance manager and a follow-up with the customer training expert - I entered with some concern and left with total confidence in the deal , in the car and in the personnel that exceeded all of my expectations!

I drive eighty miles round trip to work. My Legacy is quiet, comfortable and the Eye Sight is great! I’m safe and secure knowing my Subaru has my back. I’d like better mpg but at 32 on average I guess I shouldn’t complain. Love my Subie!

Amazing car! Bought it with about 92k miles on it almost a year ago. Great reliability so far, no issues at all. Very well maintained, my only issue is that it doesn't have Bluetooth, which, I know, it's a minor thing, but my old car had it (2013 base Subaru Forester, -10/10 do not recommend). The Legacy still drives like brand new, and is very comfortable on the highway and backroads. Decent gas mileage for the age, averaging around 25 in the city and 32/35 on the highway. No issues with the CVT, either. Not even showing signs of wear, after more than 10 years and 100k miles! Built to last!
