Jeff Wagner in the service department offers top-notch service. Had a problem with the key fob and tire sensors not working. Turned out I needed a new battery. Jeff has always gone above and beyond to assist me. Excellent experience all around.

Ample leg room, comfortable seating, great gas mileage, unobstructed view out the front window that allows you to see a wide view of the road and traffic. Very happy with the car. Thank you, Subaru!

We got a great car. We have been to other dealerships and been very disappointed by their poor customer service. I did not know it was possible to have this great of an experience buying a car. All I can say is Rick was wonderful.

We have owned it for about a week. We had a little issue with the sunroof, but Craig and his staff took care of that. Also, the Back Seat Headrests are missing, and they are getting those for us.

Awesome buying experience Nick our salesman made sure we were in the right vehicle for us. After a couple test drives we got to meet the finance agent ( sorry don’t recall the name) and things went smoothly throughout the Options were well explained and everyone was so nice to work with. I've had Subaru brand since 1978. All were great cars. I stuck with Outback model as I like the space and AWD. Also had Camry, Mercedes, Corvettes etc so I wasn't just with one manufacturer.

Very smooth process from picking out our car all the way to getting the keys and driving it home.When we first got married our first new car was a Sentra it was defendable and trouble free so we decided to buy another 30 yrs later .

I had the pleasure of working with Lee and he helped me find my beautiful 2011 Acura! He was very very polite and was able to work with my budget. I also was able to trade in my Honda pilot which made the price of Acura go down, which was such a blessing. Lee also was able to work with me even though I had a hard time locating my registration papers. They were very flexible on that and quickly found multiple options for me to locate my registration papers again. I was able to take the car home same day, which was a huge blessing! Especially because I’m a caregiver and my clients and I rely on transportation.The staff was amazing very welcoming and I will absolutely be coming back if I ever need another car! I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

CarMax located on 6375 South semoran boulevard Orlando Florida is an awesome place to shop and buy a car. All the employees, especially John Citron our car salesperson and Amy Miller our service consultant are super super nice people, along with everybody else that works here. Amy Miller from the get-go was a super super nice and helpful person with everything that she did for me and my wife from the get-go. In today's society, nice people are hard to come by, but people here at CarMax are super friendly and helpful and professional and knowledgeable.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids.
