Great and friendly staff! Saw a few customers when I visited so that usually means good business and good businesses means happy customers! Joseph Rossman gave me and my wife the encore delivery session about our car, a Subaru crosstrek. He was very informative, showed us the ins and outs and answered all of our questions readily. He’s very knowledgeable about the cars and has a great sense of humor.

I purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek on 2/11/26 at Hendrick Southpoint Auto Mall and it was a very pleasant and efficient process. Recently bought a car from Johnson Subaru and I’ve gotta say — if all dealerships operated like this, there’d be far fewer angry Facebook rants in the world. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly without being pushy. No vultures circling. No “Let me check with my manager” theatrics. Just smooth, straightforward service and people who actually listen to what you want (a rare skill, apparently). They answered every question I had, didn’t try to upsell me on things I don’t need, and even managed to make the paperwork process feel… dare I say… painless? I was in and out so fast I almost wondered if I’d accidentally bought a scooter instead of a car. Drove off the lot feeling confident, not confused — which is exactly how it should be. If you’re shopping around, I’d absolutely recommend giving Johnson Subaru a shot. They made the whole experience easy, honest, and even a little enjoyable. (Yes, enjoyable. I’m as shocked as you are.) Would definitely buy here again — though hopefully not too soon, because I’d like to actually enjoy this car for a bit before they tempt me with another good deal.
