Summit Subaru of El CajonReviews
Summit Subaru of El Cajon review
I wanted to share my experience with Mike Rush at Summit Subaru and his manager, Romeo. When I first visited the dealership, I was honestly unsure about moving forward since my credit is still a work in progress. I didn’t think getting approved for my first car would be possible yet. However, Mike and Romeo completely changed that experience for me. They were incredibly honest, straightforward, and transparent throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated—especially as a first-time buyer. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I ended up leaving the dealership with my first car—a 2024 Ford Edge in amazing condition, practically new—and I couldn’t be happier. I felt proud, confident, and genuinely satisfied with the deal we worked out. Huge thank you to Mike and Romeo for making what felt impossible actually happen. If you’re thinking about getting a car, I highly recommend Summit Subaru—ask for Mike Rush. 10/10 experience.
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

Luis assisted me with a regular service. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He went over all work performed, including a future need for a small alignment (I’m sure from hitting a curb!). I really appreciated this info so as to save my tires a bit. It was a very pleasant visit.

Summit Subaru did a good job replacing the moonroof on my 2023 Solterra after I too a small rock from a dump truck on the freeway. It was new for them sop it took the technician some time to understand how bu=ig a job it was, but the work was clean and good

Dalton Subaru of National City review
Today I had my first experience with Dalton Subaru. I must say it was excellent from the word go. The facility was bright, clean and welcoming. That last word also applies to the two staff members that helped me with my parts questions. They were both very helpful and polite. They informed me of several aspects of my purchase. If anyone I know is in the market for a vehicle or servicing I will highly recommend this dealership.
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

We love our first EV, Subaru Solterra. It’s very peppy and charges quickly. Shout out to Matt Caulfield who was super at making this purchase easier.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

AutoNation Subaru Carlsbad review
We had a great experience with the team of Jim our beloved sales consultant, and Jackie, our Finance consultant. During the purchase process we never felt pressured, rushed, or intimidated. We gained new helpful friends, who were always thoughtful, respectful and patient with us. We couldn't be happier with our decision to buy a car from Subaru Carlsbad!
2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

AutoNation Subaru Carlsbad review
This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Carlsbad Subaru in the past few months. These are also the first two Subarus we have ever owned. Love the cars. The dealership works with Costco to establish a fair price. Trade in values were fair. Great service from the sales team and the finance guy. Highly recommend. We actually plan to get our service there too, although there are three dealerships much closer to our house. Everyone was very patient and supportive through the process. No funny add on games. Low pressure, high integrity, honest responses, and knowledgeable staff equals the reason we are proud Subaru owners.

Kevin helped lead us to a great used Hyundai. While we had very little time to make this decision, He was patient and led us to the right car with no pressure. Thank you so much, Kevin!
