From the very start, Parker was extremely responsive and took the time to understand my requirements. He showed patience and answered many of my questions, especially when it came to the logistics of purchasing out of state, and made the entire experience smooth and easy, keeping me up to date along the way. He was able to get me in immediately for a build slot and got me an order at the factory. The entire process from initial contact, placing the factory build order, to receiving the new vehicle was less than four months, which includes the month-long ocean shipping time. Parker went over available rebates/incentives and purchase options and the Reno team gave me realtime support when it came time to registering the vehicle at my local CA DMV office. Reno management also checked in to make sure things were going well and if there were any questions or help needed. This has been by far, the best experience I’ve ever had interacting with a team at a dealership and purchasing a vehicle. The customer service, personal attention and care is something that is sorely missed nowadays, and I wish other dealers and other industries would take notice and start addressing. NOTICE HOW MANY YOU SEE ON THE ROAD THAT HAVE BEEN AROUND A LONG TIME. IT IS ALMOST A "CULT" THAT YOU BELONG TO. TROCALLI SUBARU IN CUMMING, GEORGIA IS THE ONLY DEALER THAT I WOULD BUY FROM. IT IS WHERE "FRIENDS SEND THEIR FRIENDS" THEY GIVE YOU A "GOOD DEAL" AND GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE SURE YOU ARE VERY SATISFIED. THE PARTS DEPARTMENT GETS WHAT YOU NEED QUICKLY. Great for towing!! Strong motor that will tow 3500 pounds no problem!. Does everything well.... not perfect, but a great all around SUV for the money and it tows!
