The car buying experience usually elicits a fair bit of anxiety from me, but I have to say 5 Star Subaru of Grapevine made my car purchase pretty painless. They are a business and they have to make money, I get that, but "Chief" (my sales consultant) was super easy going and I felt no hint of pushiness or pressure. Had problems with Electrical, tried Caar Subaru where we had purchased our Forester. The explanation of the problem that my husband gave them made no sense to them. We became frustrated with their lack of customer service. We went into Royal Moore to ask for assistance. We were met by Isaha, the most charming young man, very helpful. Isaha went out of his way to help us determine the problem and understood what my husband was saying. He determined the problem, set us up with an appointment to have it fixed and the rest is history. We are having our brakes done there, our a/c recall taken care of and will be using Royal Moore service department in the future. Dylan called me quickly after I submitted build request. Good job. Fifteen minutes later I called back and spoke to Jacob after I realized they already had the 25 Outback I wanted. The Sales Manger sent me a menu (spec sheet) by email that evening and things looked good. I sent him two emails but he never responded. The next day (Monday) we arrived at the dealership and Charles showed us the Outback we had picked. Everything looked good. We wanted to add a CD player, mudflaps and side body moldings, so the dealerships ordered them and we said we would be back to pick up the car on Friday. The only downside was the buying process. Since we had already agreed to the deal and knew which car we were buying, we didn't leave the dealership until 6PM (4 hours and 30 minutes) . This was too long for oldish people. Especially on a Monday where is was possible there were no other car buying transactions happening in the dealership. We came back in the afternoon on Friday and the accessories were installed, the car was washed and look really good. I kept the best part until last. Charles Creekpaum you were terrific and you really knew how to communicate with people three times your age. We are grateful for the time you spent explaining the new tech we had never experienced before.

Eric was great, as usual. This was my 3rd new vehicle through him and I also sent a co-worker in who purchased too. The issue is not with the sales team, it’s with the finance dept. I am still waiting on resolution for an extended warranty I purchased with my new car last month. Shockingly the $$$mistake is in the dealers favor. 2 emails ghosted and no credit back to either my loan principal or my credit card. My suggestion is to just purchase the vehicle there and decline EVERYTHING the finance department offers then run out the door. Sales gets a 5, Finance dept 1 1/2. I will give them the rest of this week to keep up there end of the contract before I envolve corporate.
