Bought it almost new (2600miles) in 2013. Longest car I ever kept. It’s fun to drive, comfortable, solid, nibble in and out of traffic, good in snow and rain. Excellent on hills because of the turbo engine and regularly beat the high end BMW, Audi MB and Lexus. costs a little more cause it needs premium gas. One tune up every year and every time the mechanic told me transmission, brake, muffler, tailpipe, timing belt all good. So far one major repair of gaskets because of water leak at $2000 and regular tires battery . Will keep until we are forced to go EV

We drove over 100 miles to get to Carricks becaus they were on of a few dealers which had the one year, make and model that I was seeking. The car was just as advertised, clean and ready to drive. Thanks James Taylor for great service.

Owned a 2015 Sorrento since 2018. It's a great SUV, very comfortable and smooth quiet ride. Lots of power (v6). No issues only routine maintenance.

I owned this car for 10 years (2013 purchased in 2012). Spent less than $3k in repairs over those 10 years. With regular oil changes and good tires reached 135k miles comfortably and quietly. Buying a new Equinox looking forward to another 10+ years

Own one of these and it never fails to start and reliably get me to place to place. Almost 200k and no sign of stopping. Also had a Toyota highlander that was a piece of junk compared to this thing. At least the Ford never had an engine light or didn't start.

Before owning this car I've always made fun of the way it looks until realizing it may not be your ideal Jeep, but it does help with aerodynamics of the car. For a SUV with a V6 engine I expected the gas intake to cost more than it really does but to my surprise the gas cost is no issue for me and I drive it almost every day. As the car is well built it is meant to be a car that is supposed to be taken care of like a car. There's some issues that will occur with the 04 Jeep Liberty but those fixes don't burn holes in your pockets. After 20 years this car is still capable of trail riding and everyday usage with comfort and confidence. The interior can be turned into a quiet a spacious area for the size it appears to be form the exterior. I heavily recommend this as a first car as it was my first. Not to mention it is a pretty hard shell to crack when it comes to wrecks or bumps. To think owning this car Brand New while it runs perfectly fine for its two decades of life. To anyone reading this that is thinking of buying this from a Dealer/FBMP/Family or Friend, I'm sure you won't regret it.

I could tell when dealing with him that he was genuine and honest, and I had no problems placing my faith in what he was telling me about their stock. When I showed interest in a vehicle, he suggested I take it for a spin which I did. When I got back he was busy with another customer and Angel took over for him in assisting me with my questions. Angel was very knowledgeable about the vehicles as welll, encouraging me to take other test drives. My Husband recently bought this vehicle for me after my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport's ENTIRE computer system went out . I absolutely LOVE it! It makes the 4 cyl. Rogue seem like a TIN can. Wish I had gotten one wayyyy soooner. Whoever had it before me, 1st owner owned it for 9 years, 2nd for a few years, and now us, FOREVVER....

My family got the XE model of this car new, and it was passed down to me when I started High School as my first car, which my sister and I drove until just this past month when we sold it at about 200k Miles. This thing was trooper and the most reliable car we've owned by far. We barely had to do any work on it other than the regular maintenance (the singular problem we had was the fan belt breaking and that was an easy fix on our own), it handled well, it got through snow, mud and rain just fine, and it was overall just a solid car. They genuinely do not make them like this anymore and if you can find one in near new condition, I definitely recommend it for anyone that needs something reliable to just drive around and not have to worry.

I absolutely hate the console area. No great place to put your bigger drinks am. No place to sit your cell phones. Keys, etc. The area is too small and not easy to get between the two seats. Would love to update it if its possible and put a different type with better cup holders and Ann area to sit items.

I did a Long term test on the Suzuki XL7 it did good not bad for a SUV it .3.6 v6 did good we put 151 532 miles on it andthe Suzuki XL7 did really good in the winter and it did good the summer andi say it did better then the Chevrolet Equinox that did Long term test drive

Had this car 3 years, and I’m planning to keep it longer, despite its faults. I have the 2016 500x 2ltr diesel, 4x4 auto version. All good, apart from... AC stopped working - and will be very costly to fix; and Intermittent gearbox problem - generally happens after a few hundred miles at motorway speed. Dealer doesn’t know what to do, out of warranty, and they deny there was a recall - which, if you google, is really easy to find.

Tom was very patient with myself, my wife and my mechanic, as we looked at virtually every SUV he had on his lot. Even letting us test drive two of them before we decided on the 2011 Mercedes-Benz ML350 4matic. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone on the look out for a 'new to them' vehicle. Bought this car at 1 year old and sold it in 2019. Fixed very little on it and nothing very expensive. Very reliable. I did not like that it could not be driven on the highway in the snow as it could only be used in 4x4 at low speeds. When not in 4x4, it was not a good snow car. Fine around town. Great on the beach. Everything worked fine when I sold it at 15 years old. Bought a Subaru for the AWD.

I purchased a Mercedes S550 2008. This is the best old used vehicle I've ever purchased. It's been 2 weeks now .I took it to Firestone to run full inspection. It passed with flying colors. These things will run forever! Just do your normal maintainence.Honda ,Toyota are overrated and over priced. 24 mpg in 2.4 engine.It won't disappoint! Smooth highway ride One of the quietest engines out there. Hyundai covered all recalls without a problem.

This car was a great value, reliable, steers and handles very nicely, Roomy ith lots of storage, Great legroom for a tall driver, I'm 6'5" and I sit very comfortable. Bucket seats are adjustable for all driver types, shapes and sizes.

I work at a car dealership in VA. A customer traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L with a little over 185k miles on it. I bought it two weeks ago from our wholesale lot and it's been amazing. I can tell the previous owner kept really good care of it but also the comfortability of the vehicle and the reliability really caught my eye. I have another vehicle I drive but this deal I couldn't pass up. Best vehicle I've ever owned even with 186k on it. It has everything I wanted and the space is great for me and my 2 year old black lab. Buy one if you can find a good deal - they are soooo worth it!!!!

I had a great experience with Mo and AJ. If you go there looking for a Range Rover or a high-end Audi just know that no matter where you buy that car it's going to have problems. There's about $800 in fees, pretty standard at dealerships like this one. The prices ar quite a bit lower than CarMax and other dealerships, so just kind of factor that in and you're still getting a Fair Deal out the door.

The best car I've ever owned. I've owned Audi's, Chevy's, Nissan, Acura's, and other cars over the years. None have been better, although Acura's are a very close second. I got the car with 75K miles on it, drove it for 8 years, and just sold it with 307K miles on it. Very few problems over the years. Had to replace 2 timing belts, the radiator, alternator, and one wheel bearing. It was such a great car, so I went out and found a low mileage 2009 RX350 (same body style) but with half the miles. As a sales rep, I feel confident with my new(er) RX and am confident I can run this one up to 300K + miles - no worries.

Bought one for my son for college. Had 108K, now as 190K. Can't complaint. Safe, reliable and very comfortable. Did have to replace the oil cooler assembly, but that's a given on a 3.6. Other than that, tires, brake pads, the usual. It's been a winner.
