Having used the service department at this dealership in the past it was clear that this was not an ordinary dealership. Dealerships have a horrible reputation for crappy and dishonest service but a recall brought me in there and I was shocked by the great honest service. When ready to buy a new vehicle Serra Ford was my first stop. I shopped other dealerships hoping to fine a better price. Better price was found but only by a small amount but the service department at Serra made it not worth it to go somewhere else. Sales put no pressure on me and allowed me to take my time deciding.
