I bought my 2007 limited new and drove it until 2020. Only put 120k miles on it. Only had a few issues- starter and a needed tune up. I sold it to my son in law. Great truck, comfortable, power, and lots of room. Very reliable and great in snow. It has served them well and has only needed a few repairs. I bought a certified 2018 expedition limited and it is great also. Gas mileage is so much better with the turbo V6

I purchased a vehicle from them and the service was beyond excellent. I recommend them for anyone. They are easy to work with and truly cares about their customers. I would buy another vehicle from them.

Great SUV overall, nicely designed especially the 2-tone exterior color; straight-forward interior with durable materials strewn throughout the cabin. Straight 6 cyl is easily one of GMs best, transmission is not far behind. Safety is the upmost importance: after being t-boned at high speed (55+mph) by a drunk driver on the passenger door; the passenger walked away with only superficial injuries. The offensive vehicle that struck us was a midsized sedan that was completely obliterated from the firewall/ door hinge pillar forward, the engine was in 1 piece about 30 feet from where the sedan rested after impact. Took 6 weeks of repairs ($6k) than SUV was back on the road blazin' Trails again!

This "station wagon" is not meant to just haul things, it is a ROCKET SHIP ! Comfortable, well appointed, just a cool car !! Highly Recommend.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

Everyone was very friendly and so helpful. It took a little longer to fix it but it was not their fault. They provided me with a loner car that was very nice. Thank y?all for taking such good care of us.

Best car I’ve ever owned. Does everything I want//need it to do. Always starts in the morning. I’ve been camping with it and slept inside the car. Plenty of room

Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.

This truck never let me down. Reliability was remarkable along with the performance. Would have bought another, but they got to big for my taste.

My wife has the 2011 Versa S hatchback. She had had it since 2012, it is now 2024 and she has 135,000 miles on it. It has been very solid overall with basically the regular type maintenance things: brakes, oil changes, tires. It does however go through mufflers every 3 years about. And they did one engine mount that was worn out. She does have the check engine light on currently but its probably due for spark plugs. Now the engine is a bit slower to respond to hills or when trying to pass thanbit was 12 years ago, but overall it still has enough zip. Being the S it has The auto door locks on the key fob and there is auto windows inside. Fold down the rear seats and it easliy can hold whatever we pick up from the hardware store. It has a smooth ride and most of the bumps in the road are absorbed by the suspension. Some of the paint has been peeling around the trunk and the passenger sun visor broke off, but these are minor trivialities. I have confidence she can get to 150,000 miles and at least another 3 years our of it.

I love my 2013 RAV4. It runs great. I haven’t had any problems with it. The key is to always keep up the maintenance Toyota makes the best cars.

I would like to give Alaina in the service department a 5 for her professionalism and caring customer service. I brought my 2014 Ford Fusion in for diagnostic with lifetime warranty told me the problem so I will schedule soon to have my transmission serviced under warranty. I had my 3 active children with me and everyone was very nice to us even though my children were very hands on curious for everything in the lounge area. I bought the car from serra Nissan in centerpoint and was going to take.it to iron city Ford for service in Birmingham but found out they tried over charging me 150+ even though I had a warranty thank goodness I went to sylacuaga Ford...

I bought a GT Premium/California Special and love it. It has more bells and whistles than any Mustang I have ever owned. The Mustang is well insulated and is a solid vehicle.

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

Traded cars at Serra Ford in Sylacauga, I am a return customer because people like JB and the finance team will go above and beyond to help you get the car you want! That is saying alot from me because I am a picky person! I always want all the features that I like and all of them are often hard to find all in one car. Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

Excellent reliability, no major issues. Do oil changes, tires about once a year, that's it. Very good fuel mileage. Tight turning radius, Handles well. Feels sturdy on the road, comfortable.

My review may be a little early as I have only had the Titan for 2 1/2 months. However, the Titan performs! I have a SV 4X4 MIDNIGHT EDITION its exterior styling is eye appealing and it does not look like "Everybody Else's Truck"! The Titan's interior is a worthy compliment to the exterior in stying and functionality. Hopefully I will never need to avail myself to the 5 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, but it is nice to know that it is there. I would put my Titan up against anyone's Ram, Silverado, or F150 and be very confident of having the superior truck.

Always loved ford. Had two rangers which were gas pigs but they would go through any cold Canadian winter with ease. Had a jeep which gave me not alot of issues but one major electrical issue. Got rid of it and got my bronco. I absolutely love it. Great in the snow and the look of them is just beautiful.
