I went to Toyota of North Austin for new vehicle services
I went to Toyota of North Austin for new vehicle services this morning. Mr. Sergio Barnon was my assigned service advisor. The dealer provides the virtual time tracking and the assigned service advisor and the vehicle owner communications continue open during the vehicle being served. The result of the vehicle diagnose was feedback to the vehicle owner during the service via email. Mr. Barron addressed the issues and detailed causation of the issues to me when service completed. The working process is very efficient and orderly. All employees were focused on their responsibility. Mr.Barron was very professional and knowledgeable for what he's doing. My lease was about to expire and I was contacted by Gary Swenson about getting a new 2025 RS7. He had one coming in and was still able to customize the car. We sat down with him and walked through all the options and configured the car exactly how we wanted it. The car arrived 90 days later we setup a date when we could come in and take delivery and Gary sent me a link to apply for the lease option. I did all the online paperwork so when we went in to the dealership everything was ready to go. All we had to do was sit down with the finance person sign some documents and we were ready to go. Gary made the purchase as easy as possible.
