This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

Just had the best buying experience! If you're in the market for a Lexus I highly recommend stopping by Bobby Rahal of Lancaster County and meeting with Cody Sofranek. I've been in the market for a car since July, and was beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and commitment given by sales people at other dealerships. The problems were vast. They were not concerned about my needs, not hearing back from them for weeks, and a lack of knowledge about the cars they were selling. All of that changed when Cody approached me in the lot. I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

Fast friendly service I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation, free coffee in the waiting room and the property is very clean! All of the staff is very nice!!!

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

We had a coolant leak on our BMW. I called, scheduled service, they had a loaner car waiting for my wife to pick up. Although the repair process had taken some time, they kept us informed throughout.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

Hernan Diaz-Egg and the management and finance team at Autohaus Audi were great. It took a bit of negotiating, but in the end, I was pleased with the deal and love the new(er) vehicle! They stayed late on a Friday to work with us so we did not have to make another trip and even delivered the car to us the next day. Overall, one of the most pleasant dealership experiences we've ever had!

Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

Hernan (sales) was great to deal with. Very professional and efficient. Let me test drive used Audi without accompanying me which allowed me a little more time to fiddle with everything, become comfortable and make sure it was the right car for me. No pressure and the manager worked with me on trade value. Finance mgr was also efficient and transparent; offered extras (GAP, extended warranty) but did not pressure me at all to buy. When a car dealer presents as a professional establishment which respects your budget and time, it makes for a much more pleasant experience. Kudos to Autohaus Lancaster!

Strengths **Styling**: The QX80 features elegant exterior and interior design that outshines most competitors. The Navigator's redesign was disappointing, while the Wagoneer lacks refinement. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. I had been to 20 different used car dealers before visiting Williams. I liked the car and the price. I liked how I was not forced to sit and listen to the usual sales pitch given by most dealers. Ended up buying a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox within a few days of test driving. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a hassle free experience.

I have 170,000 miles on my 2008 H3. I get about 19 to 20 MPG and it does not burn one drop of oil. The 5-cylinder engine runs great and the car performs like new. Off road, it is a beast and nothing will stop her. My wife keeps telling me to sell it and buy a newer car but I just love the way it drives and handles. I will keep this car until I am too old to be able to get into it. It has truly been a wonderful vehicle.
