This is a great car, nice handling , nice hieght but many sensors but good 4matic .... The off road capability is awesome that you don't even need to engage the ausxilary which is just a button away on the dash

This car has great mileage good pickup even if it is a 4...The only thing that I do not like about this car is changing headlights...really what the heck from outside and move wheel away from an access panel?

Service department is very knowledgeable about various car issues and gave great options on how to resolve each issue. They were friendly and answered to the best of their ability all the questions I asked. I was happy with the quality of service I received in addition to the quick turnaround time.

When I purchased the car it was used but with low miles. The miles are still low and the car is starting to show its age. I am grateful that the work was able to he completed in my driveway. It's still a good car and i am glad i bought it!!!

Due to a catastrophic engine failure on the mid-sized 4DR Sedan/hatchback I was driving, I made a crisi$ purchase of a 2008 Mariner in Jan 2019. The price was low, as it would soon need all new tires, new front brake pads & rotors, as well as both front steering control arms w/ball joints replaced, and, an alignment, of course, AND it had 239,ooo miles on that CD4E transmission. But inside was clean, and I was on a limited budget, and this car left me with some cash in hand for parts, and it would carry the stuff I need for work. So, I spent a weekend rolling around on the garage floor, replacing all the hard parts, got some good rubber on it, and paid for an alignment to get it driving straight: 25 months/25,ooo miles later, that V-6 is still going pretty strong, starts well in subzero (F) cold, and the transmission is still hanging in there, too! Runs pretty quiet: have to watch my speed! Just wish the upper display worked: if I bump the radio channel button, it takes a while to get back to my station!

Great vehicle. I purchased it at 200,000 miles for $1,500 and I’m still using it at 245,000 miles. I’ve seen a lot of reviews about the engine stalling with no mechanics being able to solve the problem. It’s the catalytic converter. It clogs and the exhaust fumes can’t escape. You can disconnect the exhaust section with the catalytic converter and drive it around to see if that is the problem. I can’t tell you how to fix it but I’ll just say I get 2 mpg more now that I “fixed” it and my Envoy smells like a boat.

I bought a 2006 Chevy HHR with 58,000 miles on it. I am regular with oil changes but admittedly neglect other scheduled maintenance. I would estimate over 5 years I have put $5000 in repairs into it. Overhead camshaft solenoid, blower fan for air conditioner, rotors twice, but that could be b/c it needed struts and therefore bad transfer of forces on the front end. I feel like in my mind it's "fair" on reliability but because I"m hard on my car it's not fair to penalize it so I upgrade it to good. I want to keep driving it so I am replacing struts now after a transmission fluid flush so that says something, I guess. It's poorly lit inside and the window buttons never made sense. There is a significant blind spot also but I am proud to have owned this quirky kind of car.

Everyone at the dealership was great to deal with. The technician who took me to look at the vehicle was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He also gave me great advice on what to do with the vehicle in terms of restoration work that would save me money and time in the long run, while still making sure I would get the best work done on the vehicle. I traded my'94 sport car straight across my 94 Jeep. I am camping trailer, grandkids, family dog hauling grandma. Also full time college student. I needs SUV badly. Its Limited edition which has all the bells and whistles, leather seats ect. The former owner really took good care it. $9000 in repairs owning for 5 years. I basically got brand new car. You name it been replaced new part. The body had few cancer spot, but nothing that can't be sanded and repainted. Living in Colorado its nice to know I can make over passes during the Winter months and do some light off roading in summer. Lots room for everyone!! POWER she get up goes!! AC need to recharged and new tires in the fall. But I got heck deal!! For being 20 years she doesn't act or look like it. I grew up in Jeep family mostly wagoners and little CJ ,I know now why Dad loved the power of Jeep.

If you like big vehicles and have a family, it's the perfect car. Lot's of road trips watching movies in the back. The Denali package makes it stylish and comfortable.

Just hit 300,000 miles. Bought new 2005. This is first major work I've ever done it. New motor goes in soon. Good maintenance, brakes, tires tune ups and oil changes. Don't like new escape, not enough interior room for dog crate. Not sure how long I'll hang onto it after new, used motor goes in, at 90,000 probably not long.

I bought 2011 Honda Pilot EX in 2016 from East Coast Auto Source. It had bullet holes in the body and some shot out windows. I repaired the bullet holes, and had the other repairs completed. Car ran well and it needed some other work. Nine years later, we have 211,000 more miles on the Pilot. It was a good price and East Coast Auto Source was upfront and honest about the repairs and had the car shipped to my mechanic. I would bought another car in 2024 from them and I am happy with the deal.

I got this car a year ago and it was totally misused by it's previous owners. When I got it I could tell that it had been taken mudding so I was pretty skeptical, but as I got accustomed to it and changed out the suspension and quick struts, my car drove like a dream. It is definitely a great car with great audio. Definitely recommend for new drivers.
