After years of wanting one of these under rated machines I finally got my hands on one earlier this year. Ever since I was about 9 or 10 it has been my dream car (and yes I'm serious it is my dream car). I found it on FB Marketplace for just $2,000 and had to snatch it up. It is the Limited with the 4.0L so the best of both worlds and I LOVE it. It had just a hair over 140,000 miles when I bought it so I knew it still has tons of life left in it. I don't even have to speak on the engine because we all know how solid they are. Mine is also probably my favorite color in one of these models, Patriot Blue Metallic with black leather and every luxury option except for the adjustable pedals. It also has the Chrysler 300 style white gages which is one of my favorite parts. The ride quality is unmatched with the soft suspension and plush leather. Also pretty powerful for it not being the trashy 4.7 V8. Just like every vehicle it does have its cons. I would have gave it 5 stars had it not been a Chrysler product because they do have their fair share of electrical issues. I was fortunate and only have 2 issues though, being the back passenger window doesn't roll down and I have a bad connection on the blinker relay so the left signal only works until you hit a big bump and jar the fuse a tiny bit out of place. My only other issue is the hideous stock 16 spoke rims that come with the 2003-2004 Limited models. However I would definitely recommend for a first time driver or back yard mechanic because the Inline 6 has tons of room under the hood therefore are almost too easy to work on. Pretty much anyone can adapt with these vehicles though, from moms with big families to off road enthusiasts. These Jeeps are almost perfect for everyone. They are fairly easy on gas as well for being an SUV. You can average 18 City and around 26 Highway if you're easy on the throttle and you aren't drag racing it. For these WJ's being 20 years old now I can appreciate how modern and nice they still look inside and out. You can't beat the price either for such a capable, adaptable vehicle. Unless you find a rare one that's basically brand new you're only looking at spending around $2,000 to $3,000 to get your hands on one, you really can't beat it. So if you're looking for a good vehicle with endless purposes, go out and get you a '99-'04 Grand Cherokee. You won't regret it!

I came in for a tire rotation and was in a hurry, the service manager drove my truck in himself and saw that it got completed quickly and finished it with a wash, thanks a lot Doug!

My Explorer was left to me in my friends will I knew the truck for a few years before inheriting it and except for 1 thing have had NO problems with it other than normal maintenance and I LOVE this truck and have no intention of getting rid of it unless I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO... and then I would still be hesitant about it ! It's always started and drove excellent especially in snow !!! My truck has 90600 miles it was given to me at 75000 miles ... only negative is that before I got it my friend needed to replace the transmission due to losing reverse (literally out of nowhere) WE were both stunned about it .... I wish I could check the transmission fluid by a dipstick too !

My recall service appointment on 9/7/23 was reschedule by Jason Jackson. The reason was the tech going to be out for my original appointment which was 9/8/23. Jason Jackson service consultant at Suburban took care of me very well, I also ask him can we do the works package for an oil change with tire rotation. He said sure we can fit that in with your recall. Jason customer service is always on point and over the top.

Bought 2012 in 2021. I have put 18,000 miles on it. Had to do brakes, CV joint, and the thermostat. Otherwise, it runs very good.

This is an update. I have reached the 127,000-mile range, and in the last year, I have replaced the transmission ($ 2,000 including labor), radiator, CV joints, and front shock absorbers ($ 2,500). The exterior paint on the engine bonnet and the roof has faded considerably, and the weather strips on all windows need to be replaced. Still, it's a lot cheaper to do the repairs than to buy an overpriced used vehicle or get into a new one.

Had this car 3 years, and I’m planning to keep it longer, despite its faults. I have the 2016 500x 2ltr diesel, 4x4 auto version. All good, apart from... AC stopped working - and will be very costly to fix; and Intermittent gearbox problem - generally happens after a few hundred miles at motorway speed. Dealer doesn’t know what to do, out of warranty, and they deny there was a recall - which, if you google, is really easy to find.

I wish that the 2010 ford edge had Better gas mileage otherwise it’s a grate suv. I wish that it had a 3rd row Seating

The van is very dependable and it performs very good. Other than normal wear and maintenance, I’ve had no issues except a severe rust problem. The doors and other outer surfaces have bad rust. The frame is getting very bad with rust issues. If you can find a fairly rust free van and it’s well maintained, buy it. It’s a very dependable vehicle.

Overall had been an excellent vehicle. Owned since 2010. Had to replace the drivetrain 3 yrs ago and now I believe the transmission is a problem. 142000 miles on it and might have to let it go but will probably get a newer one.

We flew all the way from Oklahoma to pick up a new Ford F650 Wrecker. We worked with Alan Beery to get the truck over the phone. It’s very reliable and it lowkey will gas any knucklehead on the street who wants to get creamed in a race. Best car on the streets, so beautiful I named my kid after it.

Mine is an XLT Version. 5.4 V8. Replaced the throttle body at 112 000 miles. Alternator at 150000 miles Complete paint job at 225000. It's a very reliable vehicle. I do regular maintenance at Ford dealership at 5000 miles. I've been pulling a bass boat for 15 years with no problems with transmission or electrical. It's been a great people hauler for routine 1000 mile vacations. JD

This truck is great. The Hybrid provides excellent gas mileage in city driving conditions and the 6.0 handles everything I needed it to do. The inside is spacious and comfortable

this is a great traveling car,around town .good gas mileage for its sides.alot of room inside,all seats fold flat but drivers of course ,its has 145000 on it now,still looks and ride like new

My hubby and I just purchased this vehicle a few months ago and were concerned about how old this car was. We were looking for a newer model but our friend owns a dealership and told us that this was the best one on the lot when u compared everything. At 20 yrs old, it didn't have one scratch, the interior was in perfect condition and it only had a 100,000 miles on it so the previous owner only put an average of 5,000 miles per year. We drive it back n forth to work and i do my weekly errands w it. We also own a Toyota Camry, a GMC Sierra 3500, a Toyota Ranger and a Harley Davidson motorcycle but this has been our new go to vehicle and prob will be going forward. U just feel different when ur in an SUV and when its a luxury vehicle like this one, its just top notch. Just hit 300,000 miles. Bought new 2005. This is first major work I've ever done it. New motor goes in soon. Good maintenance, brakes, tires tune ups and oil changes. Don't like new escape, not enough interior room for dog crate. Not sure how long I'll hang onto it after new, used motor goes in, at 90,000 probably not long.

Owned for 6 years. Almost no maintenance required. Just oil changes, new brakes and tires at usual intervals. Great car. Runs well. Performs okay in snow. Better with snow or all season tires. 4 cylinder engine is fine for city use but not great when more power is needed for accelerating and highway passing. Design is good but becoming dated. Interior is good but some nice features are only found on the highest trim level, grand touring.

I just baught a 2005 ML500 from a gambling buddy of mine for 700 dollars.It needed a egr valve and a spark plug change. They were the original plugs from the factory.Got everything replaced for 800 dollar s. I've never owned a Mercedes in my life. This car is so awesome, my wife and I are totally in love with it.I can say it's the best car we have ever owned, I'm never getting rid of it. Once again Mercedes has the best cars in the world.
