Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

Not sure why all the poor reviews, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership. As for someone that has had many, many cars in my lifetime, buying my 3rd BMW was a no brainer and this store seemed to have more stock of certified cars than any other. Ill always gravitate back to a Herb Chambers, since I bought two Lexus from the Sharon store and had a great experience with their sales and service (although I would never by another Lexus, but thats a different story). Herb Chambers dealerships are all about exceptional customer service and great relationships for the long term which is what I like. From start to finish, this dealership had great communication from online, text and in person and Ahmed, my sales person was exceptional, friendly and professional and I could not ask for anything better. Great service, great people and quality cars , I would highly recommend this dealership. The location is not ideal, and it is a smaller dealership with mostly cars in the showroom, but they do an excellent job.

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Purchased a 2024 Ram 2500. The sales staff was excellent to work with and very personable. I would recommend doing business here and will try to in the future. I flew there from Nebraska to make this purchase and was nervous. When I got there I soon realized I had made the right choice. Sales personnel were not pushy and very down to earth and didn’t not try to force anything on you that you did not want. After I bought the truck I jumped in it a drove home six hours with no regrets and no issues on the truck I picked.

Jeep passing jobs have been corroding at welds & hinges due to 2 diff. Metals built together. Issue for 15+ years!, recalled opens need to be addressed, my 3 rd wrangler and loved it! Great freedom ride, sport driven, outdoorsy attitude, love Jeep Wrangler the makers need to fix this cheap paint job causing our jeeps to rust prematurely!

Walk in to a well appointed Showroom and Customer Waiting area. Next be greeted, by a friendly and experienced Staff and that is what I am used to. We have been coming to Hyundai Auto Nation since 2010 when we purchased a new 2010 Santa Fe. We have had any and all maintenance work for the Santa Fe performed at Autonation Hyundai for 15 years while I wait in the Customer Lounge. I have seen how the Sales and Service Staff treat the Customers and I am impressed with the Courtesy and Communication given to all Customers. So after 15 years we decided to purchase a 2026 Tucson and we know that we will be well cared for at Autonation Hyundai...

Because it a great car because the car has 118k miles on it and its only 15,371 dollars and its used and works very well
