J.R. introduced me to the Floor Manager, Cory Boswell, who searched for the Rav 4 color and upgrades I was looking for until he found exactly what I wanted. Cory kept on checking in on me to ensure everything was perfect. My day ended with Rene Cantu in finance, who crunched the numbers, factoring in a trade-in value that was satisfactory and brought it all together within my budget. I just purchased a Q3 Audi Quattro 2024, very slightly used as a loaner, from Derek Fernandez. I have not had a luxury vehicle since the 1990’s, when I had a prized red Audi Quattro . Derek made the purchasing process perfect! Derek’s appearance was professional, down to the business like suit and shined shoes. It is refreshing to meet a young man that knowledgeable about his product and not pushy. He even shared some funny stories while his manager was inspecting my trade in vehicle. The immaculate Audi displayed in the showroom was stunning. Derek’s presentation was seamless. I am prizing the picture he took of me with the big red bow before I drove away. This is so different than the experience I had at Toyota across town, when I was led to a dirty “new” auto on the lot! I definitely would recommend Derek and Audi Denver to anyone! He happened to be a shuttle escort a year ago to a Showhouse I had displayed my Interior Designs in and the ride and escort were the best! I have told everyone at work to shine their shoes and treat everyone like family!

Very pleased with the roominess and performance of this vehicle. The Kia warranty can't be beat. Only downside is the some of the newer options are not available.

After being frustrated with Tesla, we decided on a new Subaru due to its high safety rating. Our salesperson was Tom and he was great. Everything went smoothly and I love my new Crosstrek.

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

I always Love my Lexus of Cherryhill Service experience, I bought my car there, and I have getting my car serviced there every since, and they never disappoint. Christopher is the greatest, and I appreciate him so much. Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Purchased 2 years ago. Drives like a rocketship. handles extremely well. no issues thus far, just regular maintenance. Interior is very well designed and very comfortable. The caro area is well designed as well.

I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

I bought my first VW from Ide in 2016 and Nick was my salesman. I can honestly say it was an amazing buying experience. I always said my next car would be another VW, it would be from Ide and I wanted the same sales rep. I just picked up a 2024 Jetta from Ide and had Nick guide me through the entire process again. It was seamless and easy. I can’t thank him or Ide enough!

Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

After four BMW's over 25 years at Santa Monica BMW, I think I am a fine representative to write. a review on them. I never purchased a vehicle from them, always somewhere else. However, always serviced my car there... 1) a 2012 328i hardtop convertible, 2) a 2014 328 Sportwagon, 3) a 2012 328i 6 cyclinder sportwagon, and 4) a 2019 X3 S30i. My favorite of the bunch was the engine of the X3, the sport suspension of the 2014 sportwagion, and the best torque was the 6-cyclider 2012 Sportwagon. Overall favorite is the newest X3... what a car. After all these years, I only had one issue..I was promised a car detail if I did a review of the service rep's work before my car was done, and after when I brought it up, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about... Lesson: GET IT IN WRITING, ALWAYS! Just because they"recommend" something you don't need to do it. Remember that. Overall, it is a great delealership in my eyes. I would go here vs.Beverly Hills BMW any day!

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

I just purchased a new 2024 Outback at Walser. This is my third Subaru (great vehicles). I have been purchasing cars for 50 years now and this was the best sales experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. Got a '22 Touring XT. I knew the base engine was pathetic so I wanted the turbo. Gladly sacrifice some MPG for way more power. They shouldn't even offer the base engine on this car. Anyway, after 44k miles it's running like a champ. Absolutely no issues with the electronics (a few minor glitches here and there but nothing to take to the dealer for), CVT is fine, engine is fine, the AWD is second to none! Plowed right through a 15" blizzard through Kansas City like it was nothing. My biggest gripe are the squeaks and rattles. Highly annoying. My '17 Chevy Colorado with 64k miles is tighter and quieter. Cargo space is top notch, I have a bad back so getting in and out of a taller vehicle is much easier. But there is just too much tech and driver assistance, Subaru needs to tone it down a little. I still prefer to actually DRIVE my car, not have the car drive me. Overall I'm still happy with it.
