Bought a 2022 rover sport hst worh 22 wheels and 825 watt meridian stereo. Best suv I’ve ever had! I’ve had a 2021 gle 350, 2017 levante and 2017 rx350 and love the rover sport above all of those . Hoping to get another one with the 1700 watt Meridian. The 825 watt meridian is the best stereo I’ve had in a car by far . Buy it ! You won’t be disappointed . Car has been super reliable thus far .

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

We worked with Steve who was our salesman. Steve was a genuine, honest, lovely man who just want it to make us happy. He didn’t push anything. He was thorough, helpful, and I felt as though we were treated with respect and kindness and honesty.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. Had to be the easiest and fastest vehicle purchases I have ever done. Completely satisfied, and happy I chose to do business at Joyce Koons GMC. Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

Got our 2022 RX350 (atomic silver) from the Stevens Creek dealership in December, absolutely love the car very much with the last version of V6! The service provided by the dealership is incredible. Andy H is certainly the best sales supervisor (I have ever made) throughout the whole process, very professional in what he could bring to the customers, very friendly, and helpful with all our details/questions. It was not close to where I live, but my wife and I were so glad that we drove down and made the deal thereafter <1 week of car shopping. Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Put 38,000 miles on in two yrs. No issues at all. Get 30 mpg in city, and 42 on the road on a 2.5 191 hp. Engine.

Not sure why all the poor reviews, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership. As for someone that has had many, many cars in my lifetime, buying my 3rd BMW was a no brainer and this store seemed to have more stock of certified cars than any other. Ill always gravitate back to a Herb Chambers, since I bought two Lexus from the Sharon store and had a great experience with their sales and service (although I would never by another Lexus, but thats a different story). Herb Chambers dealerships are all about exceptional customer service and great relationships for the long term which is what I like. From start to finish, this dealership had great communication from online, text and in person and Ahmed, my sales person was exceptional, friendly and professional and I could not ask for anything better. Great service, great people and quality cars , I would highly recommend this dealership. The location is not ideal, and it is a smaller dealership with mostly cars in the showroom, but they do an excellent job.

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them
