We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

Bought mine used with 135,00 miles on it. Best driving vehicle I've ever owned. Extremely comfortable, and super stylish. Great power and wonderful options! Taken this on some long trips, and it performs better than I could ever imagine!

This is a great car. Rides good and has all the bells and whistles. Clean interior. I especially love the heated seats and outside temperature along with gas mileage shown. Love this car.

Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

Bought this vehicle in 2014 and started having minor problems but due to wear and tear,but had an major accident and even no one got hurt due to support bar . But no air bags deployed . Very concerned.

I bought my 2009 X5 4.8 liter used with 40k miles on it. Driven it 110,000 additional miles to date and it has been an AWESOME car. Reliable, strong and drives more like a sports car than an SUV. The body style has been overhauled by BMW 3 times since then, yet even at this age the car looks elegant and solid inside and out. German engineering at its best!! Can't wait to get my new one.

We bought a used 2011 Volvo XC90 (170K mls.) for our teenagers and are very pleased with conditions of the exterior, comfort of the ride and power of the car. The previous owners did a good job at keeping up with the maintenance and had new tires recently added before they sold it. We did have to address some repairs within a few weeks but it was to be expected. Very solid car with a great reputation for safety.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! After years of wanting one of these under rated machines I finally got my hands on one earlier this year. Ever since I was about 9 or 10 it has been my dream car (and yes I'm serious it is my dream car). I found it on FB Marketplace for just $2,000 and had to snatch it up. It is the Limited with the 4.0L so the best of both worlds and I LOVE it. It had just a hair over 140,000 miles when I bought it so I knew it still has tons of life left in it. I don't even have to speak on the engine because we all know how solid they are. Mine is also probably my favorite color in one of these models, Patriot Blue Metallic with black leather and every luxury option except for the adjustable pedals. It also has the Chrysler 300 style white gages which is one of my favorite parts. The ride quality is unmatched with the soft suspension and plush leather. Also pretty powerful for it not being the trashy 4.7 V8. Just like every vehicle it does have its cons. I would have gave it 5 stars had it not been a Chrysler product because they do have their fair share of electrical issues. I was fortunate and only have 2 issues though, being the back passenger window doesn't roll down and I have a bad connection on the blinker relay so the left signal only works until you hit a big bump and jar the fuse a tiny bit out of place. My only other issue is the hideous stock 16 spoke rims that come with the 2003-2004 Limited models. However I would definitely recommend for a first time driver or back yard mechanic because the Inline 6 has tons of room under the hood therefore are almost too easy to work on. Pretty much anyone can adapt with these vehicles though, from moms with big families to off road enthusiasts. These Jeeps are almost perfect for everyone. They are fairly easy on gas as well for being an SUV. You can average 18 City and around 26 Highway if you're easy on the throttle and you aren't drag racing it. For these WJ's being 20 years old now I can appreciate how modern and nice they still look inside and out. You can't beat the price either for such a capable, adaptable vehicle. Unless you find a rare one that's basically brand new you're only looking at spending around $2,000 to $3,000 to get your hands on one, you really can't beat it. So if you're looking for a good vehicle with endless purposes, go out and get you a '99-'04 Grand Cherokee. You won't regret it!

I have been driving Lincolns since 1976 and this Buick Enclave is equal or better. But the cost is about 50% less and has more room than my Navigator.

Our Rouge has a sunroof. In Spring pollen collects around sunroof and clogs hoses which causes water to leak onto passenger seat. A LOT of water we have had to get it to nclogged several times It is rather frustrating Is this a recall situation?

I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

I have owned my 2009 Rogue since 2011. I love this car, fits my short 4'11" frame so well. Have had minor issues besides the transmission which was covered under their warrantee. Wouldbuy again.

There were no hassles or pressure just straight ahead information . To be honest there are times when you simply need "just "information and they were great about it.

Good all - around vehicle...decent power, roomy and comfortable interior, quiet and smooth ride, good handling and nice steering feel, great gas mileage, good visibility... Freeway passing requires a bit of patience and planning...

I purchased my 2013 Kia Sorento LX fwd (3.5L V6 engine non GDI) used with 36,000mi. It now has 167,000mi. (mix of city and 1000+mi road trips). It's had very few issues, and it's still running strong. The 3.5 engine seems very durable. I change the oil and use only high quality full synthetic oil and filter. The few minor issues include limited life for front turn signal/head light bulbs, slightly stiff suspension, and easily stained fabric seats. The suspension and steering seem pretty durable as well. I only use Michelin Defender tires, and I've gotten 95,000mi out of them. It's never needed an alignment.
