I don't often write reviews, but I absolutely have to share my recent experience with Goss in South Burlington. After I experienced a series of unfortunate events with my new RAM truck, I decided to try to reach out to the management at Goss for help. I was blown away by the response. Within no more than 30 minutes of sending an email, I received a reply from the General Manager/Owner himself. Brian said he would review my case with his management team and get back to me right away. He called that same afternoon and I got to speak, not only with him but also to his management staff that he had on the line. Incredible! They carefully listened to my situation and then, within days, resolved all of the issues to my complete satisfaction. They didn't stop there. Mike, the Service Department Manager, went above and beyond the call of duty and worked for weeks with RAM to provide me a means to restore my complete confidence in my new truck. I've been purchasing cars for well over four decades now and this was, without question, the best service I've ever received from any dealership. They treated me more like a good friend than just a customer. They were not satisfied until they knew for certain I was satisfied. Thanks to them, I can now fully enjoy my new truck. This was not the only great experience I've had with Goss. I was having a hard time finding the exact truck I wanted, but both John and Vince from the sales team worked tirelessly and with extraordinary patience until they found me the perfect truck at a great price. No other dealership that I had contacted in all of Vermont even came close to their dedication. I don't see how it could be possible for any auto dealership to treat their customers with better respect and service than I received from Goss. I will highly recommend them to everyone, and whenever I need a new vehicle, I now know exactly where to go to get the best personal service in Vermont.

A great looking car. We will probably never learn all of the features the car has. Dealer was excellent and no problems working with them. Only one thing not to like was the location of the Emergency Brake lever. Things seem to get set there, and locking the lever.

Amazing car for the value! Looks great and drives even better. I'd recommend this car for family as two car seats fit perfectly in the backset :)

My experience was great at Berlin City - Tom went out of his way to help me again! He found the vehicle I wanted at the right mileage and price. While I was unable to finance the vehicle at the right payment/interest rate due to some credit issues of my own, I will definitely be back in 4-6 months to purchase a new vehicle from him!

This is my third Volvo and my favorite model of the three. It is the perfect car for me. It is a very comfortable car to drive. I love the design of the car. It has a lot of storage in the back. It has an easy system to pop down the seats for bigger loads. My XC 60 is a super nice looking car on the exterior too. It is a great car for around town and has also been perfect for longer road trips.

We were in a bind to locate an affordable, dependable vehicle for me & Chris Thibault @Goss Dodge made the process easy & actually enjoyable. I've had mixed experiences with other dealerships but this experience was fantastic. I will definitely look to them again first when we need a new/used vehicle.

Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I’m blown away at how amazing Goss Dodge recently treated me. My Dad bought a truck for them and he has many years of vehicle buying experiences- and he told me about Denny at Goss, and that it was hands down the best experience he’s had when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I was able to find out for myself and it’s 1000% true- Denny is incredible and it’s the best experience I’ve ever had. First, and most importantly, I never felt pressured in any kind of way. Denny was very easy to chat with and he made it such a smooth process. He, and the folks at Goss, were able to work with my less than ideal credit score and they got me into the vehicle I was hoping to get into. Not only did they make that happen, but they got me an incredible deal overall (in terms of interest rate, extended warranties, staying below the budget I had mentioned). I couldn’t have scripted a better experience- everything about it was 5 stars, especially working with Denny. Here’s how good of a person Denny is- when I went to pick up the car he apologized profusely because some pollen had gotten on the car, no matter how many times he cleaned it off. Obviously he can’t control pollen, but here he was- apologizing for that. I assured him that it was no big deal, in general, but especially because he made this such an incredible experience. Give Goss Dodge a shot, and make sure you ask for Denny. He’s the best!

VW of South Burlington has such great employees! You CANNOT beat the customer service! They are flexibile, friendly, helpful and I haven't spent a penny on my car yet! I was unaware that I was due for a state inspection, so they informed me I was due and told me it was free of charge. They didn't get a chance to wash my car so they gave me a free voucher for the car wash down the street. I have gone in there twice without an appointment, and was out of there in minutes! They actually care about their customers!

I love this car! Have had it for 7 months. Very comfortable, charges quickly. The ride and performance are the best I have ever driven!

Despite the scary looking recalls my 2023 AWD Pro-s model has been 99.9% reliable. In comparison to my previous 2021 ID.4 pro-s which had several annoying system failures that necessitated immediate trips to the dealership. However the 2021 pro-s has the folding mirror option which I had expected to get in the 2023 pro-s but was very dissatisfied to learn it had been remover and put in the ‘+’ package. The mirror option should be offered as a standalone upgrade to all non ‘+’ 2023 and 2024 models as no $50k plus car should be without it.

After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

What a great family business to work with. They are super nice, charged a fair price and took exceptional car of me. This is the third car I bought from Riley Ford and I expect that I will buy more.

Great overall small SUV. Good styling, and a more truck feel than most small SUV's. Nice road feel. And good color selection. Definitely recommend this one.

Just recently I had an appointment with Della Kia in Plattsburgh NY to have my snow tires put on, and during a test drive the Service Manager or Technician noticed that the AWD coupling was binding. Great job catching that! $1700.00 repair covered under KIA certified pre-owned. Thank you to the service department for a great job done, and my adviser Bradley for getting me scheduled for this repair.

after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

Alex and Bradley along with the crew are top notch. Very professional and courteous. Always willing to help. The service crew does a great job. (Mechanics) The care is always repaired correctly and returned neat and clean. Thanks I am happy to be a DELLA KIA customer.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

So I was shopping for a new car and had been dealing with Terence. I arrived on black friday just looking and left with a new car. I was so impressed, my wife and I returned that Saturday and bought her a new vehicle. After discussing these with our daughter, she traded her car the following week. Between our purchases and our daughters, my father in law traded his car. 4 vehicles in less then a week and we are all very happy. Recommend these guys to any and everyone.

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

My 2 honest cents. Just bought the 2024 GLS 450 and it has a huge presence on road and it looks stunning! I went with the AMG exterior package and it looks way better than the base model. Ride quality is good, very smooth ride on freeways but you do feel small bumps on occasional city roads. The engine is good but I wish it had a bit more power, feels little laggy at low speeds but when you floor it it moves fast and steering is very responsive. On the other hand, cabin very silent tho and you barely get to hear road noise (without acoustic package). The Mileage is incredible on this, wasn't expecting to write about it but the GLS gives better mileage than my GLC. Interiors are amazing and is something no other manufacturer in this segment can match (especially at night with ambient lights), seats are super comfy and the infotainment screens are also crisp. Overall, love this SUV and i'm gonna keep it for a while.

I was able to trade in my rig without hassle. The staff is friendly and very willing to help their customers out. A great team. When I dropped off my car to get undercoated, they had a nice loaner car for me to use. Super helpful

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.
