Went to the dealership fully expecting the "typical" experience. I could not have been more wrong. My wife and I were very upfront with the salesperson, telling him that we were just there to look at the vehicle, and were not in a position to purchase at this time due to a real estate transaction we have pending. Instead of tossing us aside, as we expected to happen, the salesperson answered all of our questions, and took the time to walk us through the car we went to look at.
If anyone is looking for a dealer who actually cares about what the customer says, I would HIGHLY recommend Almartin Volvo. Their people LISTEN to what you say, and make sure any information you may need, you have before leaving. Great store, great experience. We WILL be back.

The car is stylish, comfortable, powerful, handles great, quiet, smooth, economical, comfortable, and up to date and is by far the best car I have ever owned.
One visit or one experience should not be the main evaluating criteria. I have done business with Almartin since 1980: have bought some some 5 or 6 cars. Have regular service done by them. My experience with them has always been very good. Their service dept. is genuinely busy and by and large they endeavor to do a good job. Lately they have hired a youngish service guy who is less than ideal, less helpful and brash, I try to avoid him. As a result of my car buying and service experience I am very leery to go any other dealer.

Super comfortable, Powerful, Huge space, nice mileage(20-21 mpg), very reliable SUV. It was my first car and loved it from day 1. In 2016, Honda completely changed the Pilot design to be more sleek, which is amazing. I love the big rear view mirrors, hand rest, huge space. One is bound to fall in love with the car.
Can't speak highly enough of the Automaster. Just purchased my 4th vehicle from them. Matt Shanks in particular at Mercedes is great to work with, honest and straightforward.

Owned 2006 535xi so time for a new car. Test drove 6 other comparable SUV's thinking I would change brands but nothing drives like a BMW. As a Realtor vehicle is comfortable for my clients, technology assist in safe driving and BMW style. My highest recommendation.
I plan on buying a Volvo, especially since I have been in 2 car accidents in one year. The sales agents and staff were wonderful..can't wait to do business with them.

Recent trip to Pa. 3100 miles 119 gals gas,26 mpg highway and 2 lane mountain. This car handled back mountain roads like dream even in downpour. I gave it a 4star on interior design because it could use more leg room in second row seating.
I love this car but when I bought a pre-owned and certified Volvo I soon had trouble with the retractable top. Specifically, when I brought the top back up, it automatically brings the too back up, followed by the windows. One window didn’t fully go up all the way. I have since taken it to a volve dealer who supposedly had fixed it. Now I am having the same issue again less than a year later. I don’t drive this convertible very much, so it isn’t a matter of the top being ’worn-out’. At least that is how I saw it on only a 4 year car.
Super & Turbocharged engine gives this car a high thrust to weight ratio! Lots of safety features. Very comfortable and looks great. A bit pricey. Overall reliability is good but bells and whistles sometimes need adjusting, all under warranty though.
Our experience was relatively stress-free thanks to Matthew Shanks/Master Certified Sales Laureate, who my husband and I dealt with from start to finish. He went out of his way to get us an amazing APR with the banks that the Automaster already has relationships with; he spent the time coordinating and facilitating our sale; and he gave us exactly what we were hoping for with our trade-in. He also referred us to another insurance company, where we were able to cut our insurance fees in half and ended up switching and bundling our home and car insurance -- two great rates. We did not feel rushed or pushed into anything, as we have felt with most, if not all, of the cars we purchased through other local dealers -- there was no haggling or wasting our time "pretending" we were getting a deal. Matt respected and understood our budget, and helped us to keep it where it needed to be so that we could purchase a vehicle we never thought we could afford. Moving forward as our other older car continues to get older -- the first place we will now turn to is the Automaster for all of the reasons I mentioned above. Satisfied and very pleased. The other local car dealerships cannot compete with the excellent service we received from the Automaster.

We were shocked by the economy we got from this Honda CR V LX. We were getting nearly 34 miles to the gallon. And the car tracked really well in the snow and rain. GREAT engineering job! Really like this car!!!
I purchased this Volvo because I had driven a similar model on vacation a year and a half ago and fell in love with it then. Although the acceleration speed does always bother my wife, the handling allows us to go on curvy roads and now her car sickness is almost non existent.
I filled out an online app in hopes of a newer/used vehicle for myself and family as I have 4 children 2 of witch are teens who drive and as a single father i wanted something i can feel 100% worry free with as I send my daughter's out on their daily errands, school, etc. With 2 divorces and struggles in life I never thought it would be possible to get a new car however I had to try. I got approved online and like most everyone else thought ya sure until I get there I'm approved then they'll want a years salary for a down payment but I went anyway! I got there and meet with Art and after a half hour he had gotten me into not a used car but a brand new 2018 Nissan Altima! Now I can go work my 10 hour days, my children can go to school, run their errands and I don't have to worry about their safety or if their broke down somewhere! Art at Freedom Nissan is absolutly amazing. I was at my wits end being turn down, told in order to get into a car I would need $3,000 down. Art contacted me just as I was about to give up. I ALMOST decided not to show up to my appointment. I thought why bother, that I was just wasting hours of my time to be told sorry but we can't help you. Art asked for 45 minutes of time and in that time he would let me know if he could help me. I sat down with thinking why am I even here he's going to see my credit and laugh at me when I walked put the door. I was WRONG. I was told there would be no surprises on how much I would need if anything at all down. With in 30 minutes I was told he could help me, with in 1 hour we had a car picked out. With in 2 hours I was signing my paperwork. The car we picked needed a inspection and when they went to do the inspection they found the back brakes needed to be replaced. Art did this at no cost to me. He means what he says. No surprises. He keeps his word which is important to me. 3.5 hours later I was on my home. Art made me feel like any other customer with great credit. So, now I have a 2015 Nissan Rogue in my driveway because of Art. My advice skip the other dealerships and go straight to Freedom Nissan weather you have good to bad credit. The customer service is worth it.

It was time to trade in my truck and to be honest, the only reason why I ended up at this dealership was because they had the truck I wanted. So I made contact to see if we could make a deal and well they appraised my vehicle at less then I owed. So I thought that I was taking my business else where but then they offered me more then I owed. I was very pleased but worried I couldn’t afford the truck I wanted. Then I started talking with Kyle about financing. I told him what I wanted for a payment and he made it happen. The next hurdle was showing up to trade in my truck two days later when the check engine light came on. I was now dealing with Noel. I thought for sure that the deal was off but Noel reassured me not to worry and that he would do his best to get me in the truck I wanted. After some waiting he came back and we walked in to sign the papers. I was thrilled then Noel asked who my insurance was and if I was interested in taking a look at lowering it, i said sure and he made some calls. After about 20 minutes we found a company that lowered my insurance by $80 a month. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealership and it’s fantastic staff to everyone. Thanks

Lousy Transmission & Sound System

Have had this vehicle into the dealership multiple times with one clutch replacement. Still have issues due to the lousy transmission design. Now experiencing a loud crackling noise from the sound system where it is now unusable.
This was my first time purchasing a new car, and I am almost certain that I will forever go through Kia Berlin City, and I will also be using Phil ( the man who sold me my car). They are efficient and truly try to get you into a car that suits you and your needs, at a reasonable price!
I have never had any problem with this vehicle.

This car gives me everything I could ask for.It rides really good .radio and sound system sounds great and easy to use.love the heated seats and steering wheel on cold winter mornings and air condition seat keep you cool.
I leased a Kia and I enjoyed my overall experience at Berlin City. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The vehicle is fun to drive and gets great gas mileage.

Love my Pathfinder! We needed a bigger car with the 3rd row and the Nissan Pathfinder meets all our needs. USB ports, easy to use display screen, lots of cup holders and rear plugs for powering multiple divices. Lots of room with all seats laid down. Big engine for those needing power and great on gas mileage.
This was just supposed to be a service appointment for our 2015 Kia Soul. I had received a few emails about the great deals on new cars and how combined with what I could get for my used Kia that I could be driving a new car for less. So out of curiosity I started checking out the new 2017 models online. I was impressed with many of the the new improvements I read about, safety being the primary one. So I decided while there I would take a look at the new Kia Souls. It was something to pass the time while I waited for our car to be serviced. In October 2015 we traded in our 2013 Kia Soul on a new one at Berlin City and the buying experience was the best I ever had purchasing a car. (Read my review on that from (October 31, 2015). We live 2 hours from the dealership but it is the only place I go for any service regardless of how big or small it may be. I know it sounds crazy to most people to drive 90 minuets both ways for just regular car maintenance but I have several reasons. There are 2 types of employees at Berlin City, the ones that treat you like royalty and the ones that treat you like family. No matter which you deal with, you look forward to the visit and leave feeling good about yourself. Over the last 2 years I have dealt with a fantastic Service Team on several different types of service. Ryan Maxwell and Austin Hemingway have always been great to deal with. They accommodate my scheduling needs and get me in and out of the dealership as quickly and painlessly as possible. They are very knowledgeable in their work and trust worthy about the vehicle needs That is why I keep making the long trip. Eric Smith the Servise Manager should be proud of these employees. We were going to wait another 2 or 3 years to get our next Kia Soul and as I said this was just supposed to be a scheduled service appointment. The first thing that started to change that to buying a new car was when I arrived. I was lucky and found a parking space not far from the entrance, however I am 65 and use a cane. I noticed a salesman saw me getting out of the car and started sprinting across the showroom to hold the door open for me. After welcoming me to the dealership he rushed back into the room to work with customers he already had. This nice gesture was much appreciated and gave Yousif Yousif an A+ in my book. After dropping off my keys at service and a little chit chat with the guys I went to find Yousif. The couples he had been working with were now in Finance so we went to look at the new 2017 Kias. The only Caribbean Blue (the only color we would want) had just been sold. We still looked at some and Yousif was very knowledgeable about the improvements. We took one for a test drive and by the time we got back Yousif could have sold me right on the spot if it had been Caribbean Blue. He took me to see Dedrick Casab to see if one could be found. After a lot of work Dedrick found a 2018 they would have to bring in from out of state.. I had specific things I wanted and a specific monthly payment but most importantly I did not want to put out any money. Yousif and I worked on numbers and Dedrick and I worked on the accessories that I wanted. Remote start and heated seats would have to be added after the car got here but we worked it all out. Yousif and Dedrick were great to deal with. Two more employees Berlin City should be happy to have. The final step in the process was with the Finance Manager Todd Maynard who helped Dedrick get the numbers where I wanted. He kept checking to make sure I had all the features I wanted or that the service team was going to install them later. Todd helped me with all the paperwork, making sure I was getting all I had asked for. All the people at Berlin City Kia were great to deal with and it is the only dealership I will ever use for service or buying a new car..

I love this truck. It is big inside and out. Really big back seat and has alot if leg room front and back. It even has a rear window that rolls down. It's great!!

This truck is all I could ask for. I’m not a small business owner, pro sportsman or mountain climber, but this truck can do all! Very nice to look at and drive. Mechanically very well put together. I use it for leisure, everyday stuff and just being a home owner. It will pass everything except a gas station. But I have a 1 mile daily commute, so that doesn’t really matter.
