We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. I purchased my used car long distance and am very happy with my experience at Moss Motor Company. I wanted a specific configuration of Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the price had to be fair. I found that at Moss Motor Company in Tennessee, and I live in Michigan. Ben Bumpus at Moss Motor Company was honest in his representation of the vehicle in both online pictures and verbal description and phone conversations. He made the entire transaction smooth and easy, I never felt that I was being misled. This dealership is new to adding the Jeep and Chrystler line to their offering of Ford products, and yet everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Wonderful folks.

We are still in the buying process but wanted to review now. Moss Motor Co is a rare find in today's car buying world. Everyone we encountered treated us nicely AND they were well versed in their job. We met Steve and Benny Moss, and were really fortunate to work with Tyson Lovelady. Tyson is a very nice person and he has outstanding product knowledge. He has been a very patient man! We have not seen that too often in our quest to purchase a vehicle. We would recommend Tyson and Moss to anyone looking for a good car buying experience.

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Excellent vehicle purchasing experience. Ryan communicated with us and our Credit Union throughout the process. Absolutely stress free. We were also contacted by their service department by email which we appreciated. We will definitely having them service our 2020 Lincoln Nautilus. I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

Overall a very fun and inviting car! Surprised by its ease of use and quality! Enjoyed both its highway driving and off-road use. Highly recommend for anyone who's interested in a big, fast, and fun SUV.

This is my 2nd Jeep Wrangler. I absolutely love it!!!! I ordered it new, so I have all the bells and whistles I wanted. The SOT is fabulous. It is so fun to drive and I get compliments all the time about how beautiful it is. Receiving ducks and giving out ducks is a blast. The Jeep wave is awesome, too. Wranglers also keep their value.

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

My 2003 Highlander is now 20 years old and has been in our family the whole time. 260,000 Miles and this beautiful car runs like new. I love the power of the V6. I love the ride and the FWD does great in the mountains. I love the reliability. I love the tape deck! I frequently drive rental cars that are brand new that I don't like nearly as much as this 20 yr old Highlander. Amazing reliability and a joy to drive.
