I’ve had my 2019 trax 52k miles for almost 3 years,
I’ve had my 2019 trax 52k miles for almost 3 years, absolutely love the car no problems so far(knock on wood) only small minor inconvenience a ground wire got a little dusty and was cleaned. I have done the pcv fix as Chevy did not make it good for these engines in the long run. Not a lot of power for my liking so I modified some components. Not very friendly for tall people im 6’3 and have my seat set almost all the way back.

very clean inviting place. The manager lady greeted us when we arrived, we were attended immediately by a very polite young salesman. Only disappointing thing was that we were given a written % rate and when we finished the deal the person that does all the finishing paper work, I believe the finance manager, had a higher interest rate, I was upset about that but I really wanted to get the vehicle, as a birthday present and did not want to do it all over because my credit score was already pulled and I wanted to give the surprise to my wife.

He is professional, polite and persistent to get things done - within his own organization! I have just as much praise for their Finance Director, Gabriel. He worked with me to give me the best mutually beneficial deal he could. A little to be expected back-and-forth, but it was an honest and transparent exchange nonetheless. Incredibly, even after I took possession of my newly purchased but previously used car, I discovered an issue the next day which they could have easily denied responsibility for. They not only "owned up" to it, they did everything they could to get it taken care of post haste. I leased mine about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The dash display is great I love all the features! I got everything I wanted in a new vehicle. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, back up cam, lane assist, smart cruise control. I went from a 2013 Outlander Sport, which I loved btw, and let me tell you quite the upgrade!

My favourite car ever.
My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.
