I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

My husband has been badgering me about getting a new car to replace my 17-year Prius and we casually discussed acquiring a Tesla. He found CBT on Cars.com and sent me several options to look at. I was more concerned with the ratings of the dealership than the car as I work in customer service and know red flags when I see them. This site has absolutely terrible reviews for CBT and I was extremely apprehensive about even driving an hour in the rain to visit the dealership. All things said, we went anyway (the husband wouldn't give it a rest) and I have never had a car buying experience as easy and pleasant as this one (don't tell him I said that lol). He made an appointment with Norman who literally had the car we were interested in pulled up to the front of the dealership before we arrived. When we arrived Norman was with another customer and asked Angel to help us (I hope she bought a car!). Angel was very nice, gave it to us straight, and was very accommodating. We saw one car, test drove it, and we were ready. Angel sent us to Frank to discuss funding and that too was seamless, quick, and just an overall pleasant experience. Frank was super friendly and chitchatted with us and even threw in a charger for our Model Y. He gave us examples of how he, his friends, and family all love their Teslas. Just a genuinely nice guy. I know this business you have to put up a facade to get sales, but you could tell this guy was kindhearted and loves what he does. We did not want the $3k rims/tires that were on the car so they switched them out and Frank told Angel to be sure he got us good tires. From there we finalized everything with Sean. The former ball player who was super easy going and told me us about Tesla insurance and connected us on the app. The process was fantastic and everyone we dealt with provided us top notch customer service. It's only been a few days but we are very happy with our purchase and car buying experience.

I really love this car. It looks great, is very fast, and is all-around fun to drive. The one-pedal braking is the best feature, IMO. Would purchase again.

This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

I've owned my 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD car for 5 years and 65,000 miles. Over that time, the only maintenance I've done has been wipers, wiper fluid, tires, a 12v battery, and cabin air filters. The car has been a blast to drive and flawless. I was able to find a single paint run on one of the mirror caps. Tesla offered to replace it, but I never did. It's not noticeable. Panel gaps are better than the Camry I park next to every day.

I went in just to see the Tesla selection since I will want one by February-March 2025. Appreciate Norman and Angel for their patience with me.

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

I’ve had my M3P for 5 days and I freaking love it! Controls take some time to get used to where everything is. I’ve had maybe 30 cars and this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend if you’re in the fence, just buy one. You only live once!

I had a great experience with the purchase of my tesla model Y. Interior is in great condition low mileage and has 7 seats, which is hard to find at that price. They have a good selection. Fabrizzio, was super helpful and very communicative. the rest of the staff (Rich & Roger) were very respectful, informative and helpful as well. Overall great experience and a pretty fast process too. I felt like they were pretty upfront about the wheels and other add-ons. I totally recommend this place.

I have come to the conclusion that most of the negative statements I keep hearing about Tesla's are politically based. especially the ones about the environment. I currently own a 2022 model 3 awd, and it is BY FAR the best car I have ever owned. It is now a little over a year later and my first year's maintenance to run my car... realistically, ZERO. Other than the car payment, I have not put a penny into my car. I have solar panels, so charging at home is FREE for me. I did however make a 1500-mile trip that cost me $140.21 at charging stations and 3 trips, roughly 350-miles, that cost me $14 each. The ONLY negative I have found so far is how quickly it will go through tires if you drive it the way I do, I constantly put my foot into it. I got 15,000 miles out of the brand-new set that came with the car, due to the cars weight and ability to beat any vehicle I came across out of the hole. drive it normal and you will not have this problem... So, lets recap, I spent $1,182.21 for a full year on what would equal 15,000 miles worth of GAS, and upkeep of any kind (anything not covered by the warranty, such as the possibility of, fluids, brakes, oil changes, tune ups, filters, belts... did I miss anything?) put on a gas vehicle and now have no wear on a new set of tires. Charging: I constantly come across people who think this is a problem. It takes me 10 to 15 minutes to charge at a supercharger, which are everywhere and cost a lot less than gas pumps do. but since I charge ONLY at home unless I go on a trip more than 150 miles, 180 during good weather conditions, away from my house. Extreme weather conditions: hot conditions seem to affect cost to operate less than cold, the opposite of a gas vehicle. The heating element evidently draws more current than the compressor in an EV. However, driving in snow and ice shocked me, my model 3 went places without getting stuck that I would not take my Jeep Wrangler because the Jeep would have... the bottom of a Tesla is like a sled, it is rather smooth and glides across snow... now keep in mind I have not seen past a foot of snow on the street with this car yet... so much heavier snowfall could be different. It also seems to perform better on ice than any other car I have driven, due probably to the computer control it possesses. Comfort: This is by far the most comfortable car I have ever been in. Has a great sound system and is basically its own environmental system. Any animal left alone in a Tesla is safer in my opinion than one left alone at home. Can the Tesla system fail? sure. Can your house catch fire or some other emergency happen? sure. Both are equally possible would be my guess, house fires probably even higher. Safety and security: Do other cars currently have similar systems to my model 3? lol not even close that I have seen. This is the main reason I love this car... Most of my jobs I have had, have been driving jobs. I have logged a lot more hours behind the wheel of a car than most people, and my biggest fear has always been some kid walking out from between two parked cars on a residential street and me hitting them. This car will avoid hitting that child better than any human can. It knows the child is there before you do through its advanced camera system and will react quicker than anyone can and brake before you can even react yourself... THIS ONE REASON MAKES TESLA THE BEST CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED. I don't care what anyone says, considering I have owned a taxicab company and driven so many different kinds of cars, I know cars, and this Telsa I currently own is by far the best car I have ever owned.

Have a 2021 model 3. Best car ever owned. Never will go back to gas and will be difficult to leave the Tesla brand. In the past year ive had 2 visita for quality issues. After getting those issues fixed the car has been reliable, very affordable, and everyone loves it. Car is still as fun to drive at 20k miles as it was at 20 miles.

Absolutely love my Tesla. So much so we bought a 2nd one for the family. Smooth drive and zero maintenances in two years. Frequent software updates means I got new features long after purchase. Though I do suggest avoiding FSD. That's vaporware and will not be released in the lifetime of vehicles sold today.

I had to wait a little bit to get signed in and everything, but they gave me a loaner car which was great. Everything went smoothly when I got back there, and I loved that my car was freshly washed.

Test drive of 2023 Long Range AWD. Very smooth, quiet and fast. I'm 6-3, drivers seat best supporting ,most comfortable seat of 40 cars owned. Biggest fear is Elon Musk, in a fit of childish mischief, decide to turn all Teslas off......

I have had my Model 3 for four years. I have had no problems after the first week. I have taken it all over the east coast and have not had any issues finding Superchargers. The only issues with charging is that the superchargers often do not charge as fast as advertised.

Our 2022 EV-6 Wind just received it's 15,000 mile service along with a couple of recall issues and a few updates. Chris Franklin, our service writer, went above and beyond our expectations by providing us with progress updates on our service. We were provided Lyft transportation home and our car got a complimentary wash too. GGK Service Dept. technician's did an outstanding job on our car and it was ready as promised. Chris took the time to explain everything that was done to our car and told us the results of the of the overall inspection.

I purchased a 2018 model 3. I have over 80,000 miles on it.. My only problem was the 3 sets of rear tires the first year..But it was fun.. No tune-up's no belts no oil changes..But then unlike some I don't park mine in saltwater..So fires from that aren't a problem for me. I drive over 100 miles to and from work every day and where I work has free charging..No Brainer.. Only car I have ever owned that saved me enough to make its own payments.. Probably not the car for everyone especially if you keep it parked in a saltwater environment...but as a work car and a car to take on long trips it's been extremely good..

Got the 2023 standards model 3 and it far exceeds any other car, especially ICE. Every single car I will own from here on out will be a Tesla. The other ev brands can't compete. Will also get the Rivian R1S, that is the only other brand I would consider. Don't buy an EV from a company that also makes gas cars unless you like throwing away $.

Shout out to Nicholas and Tal! They helped me select the best bang for your tesla. The Tesla came with a cracked windshield but they replaced it for free! This is the only dealership i know that comes without any additional hidden fees for very good prices.

I own a 2022 Tesla Model 3 RWD. It has LFP batteries and I can charge it to 100%. It's degraded about 3% after 15 months, so not too bad on the battery. It's been great, with no problems that were Tesla's fault. A truly great car and highly recommended!

This is the BEST car I've ever owned! We've travelled across 20+ states and Canada, 60k miles and NO problems. Charging at home is convenient and cheap. Yes, we stop a few times for 20 min or so on a long distance ride.... but we would have stopped for bodily functions anyway.

visited this Anaheim dealership twice over two weeks. First was just looking around, then I checked out another dealership in Orange but ended up rushing back here to lease a Ioniq 5 with all-wheel drive. Juan Zúñiga handled everything from the get-go, and there was no pressure whatsoever. I test drove 3 cars, hopped in and out of them loads, and nobody rushed me. I bought my midrange 2018 Tesla 3 in Dec 2018. Although the battery is not impressive range wise, this car has been so impressive over the more that 4 years I've owned it. The comfort, quietness, amazing sound system, make it effortless. Every drive is like the first (although w many updates on power, even faster) drive at delivery date. I have over 70,000 miles on it and have not had any issues that are major. I have bought 1 set of tires and had rocks hit me so 3 windshields, all paid with insurance. We have taken this Tesla on so many road trips to Houston, Yosemite, Zion NP, Las Cruces, Sedona, Phoenix and San Fransisco from SoCal. We just traded in my husband's 2018 3 on a 2021 3 AWD/Dual motor for our longer trips and bc we were losing our HOV tags. All in all these are fantastic cars and we keep buying them. Can't imagine how much we are saving in gas, probably $1.600 a month since we are professional musicians and drive so much!
