I’m from out of state and had the whole deal worked out before I came in. The dealership is very easy to find .4 of a mile from the highway exit. If you want a maintenance-free vehicle, this is the closest thing you can find on the market. We’ve been driving the wheels off our Model 3 LR for almost two years. No gas stations, no oil changes, no fluid changes (unless you count windshield wiper fluid,) tires still have plenty of tread, brakes have barely ever been used (regenerative brakes are amazing,) the temperature in the car is always perfect when you get in, and no turning the car off, simply get out and walk away, the car does the rest. The only service we have done to this car has been tire rotation, and they come to your house to do it if you want! Charging at home means you never, ever have to worry about the state of your “tank” unless you’re on a trip over 350 miles. And then it’s a quick navigation to a supercharger for a few minutes; the car automatically does the math for you and determines the best places to stop along your route. Admittedly, the occasional supercharge on a long trip is the only downside and could be a dealbreaker for some. But we plan accordingly. Plug up the car, walk the dogs or grab a bite to eat. By the time you’re done, the car is ready to go! The loudest voices in the room are always the people that had the rare bad experience, that’s inescapable. Just know that they are the minority. This car has plenty of get up and go whenever you need it and rides smooth. I used to drive muscle cars, so not hearing all that engine noise took a little bit to get used to. But now I don’t miss it at all. In fact, now I’m mildly annoyed when I’m the passenger in a loud car. That’s probably also a sign that I’m getting older. If you’re on the fence about an EV, go take one for a test drive. Tesla doesn’t pressure you, they don’t even ride along with you. It’s just you and the car, so you can see for yourself. That’s all it took for us to bite. I can almost guarantee you’ll want one after you’ve driven around in one for fifteen minutes.

This is easily the most fun car I've ever driven; handling is great and it destroys muscle cars off the line! Very techy but fairly simple to figure everything out. I'll likely only ever buy Teslas now.

Vince saw my purchase all the way to the end. He went out of his way to find the HRV I wanted and picked it up himself. I've bought several new vehicles and he is the best sales representative I've ever dealt with. He is a number 10. I won't hesitate to recommend him and the dealership .

I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. In my opinion they are a top notch GM dealership . Keep up the good work😀

Have a 2021 model 3. Best car ever owned. Never will go back to gas and will be difficult to leave the Tesla brand. In the past year ive had 2 visita for quality issues. After getting those issues fixed the car has been reliable, very affordable, and everyone loves it. Car is still as fun to drive at 20k miles as it was at 20 miles.

I found a car on cars.com on Saturday night. Message them on Sunday and lined up a test drive for 11AM Monday. The vehicle was extremely clean inside and out. We negotiated a price very quickly and it was the fastest car buying experience I've been involved with. It was worth the 2.5 hour drive. John, Dwayne, Tom and the rest of the team was awesome.

Test drive of 2023 Long Range AWD. Very smooth, quiet and fast. I'm 6-3, drivers seat best supporting ,most comfortable seat of 40 cars owned. Biggest fear is Elon Musk, in a fit of childish mischief, decide to turn all Teslas off......

Got the 2023 standards model 3 and it far exceeds any other car, especially ICE. Every single car I will own from here on out will be a Tesla. The other ev brands can't compete. Will also get the Rivian R1S, that is the only other brand I would consider. Don't buy an EV from a company that also makes gas cars unless you like throwing away $.

Purchased 4 Teslas from Highline already. They have the most and best Teslas around and are always welcoming. I will always go to them whenever I decide to upgrade my Tesla again. Thanks Highline!!

This is the BEST car I've ever owned! We've travelled across 20+ states and Canada, 60k miles and NO problems. Charging at home is convenient and cheap. Yes, we stop a few times for 20 min or so on a long distance ride.... but we would have stopped for bodily functions anyway.

Don't let the unconventional look of this dealership fool you. What you have here is a solid little pre-owned lot with some good car guys. Jimmy was the exact opposite of what you would expect from a typical car salesman. Very laid back, friendly, helpful and honest. And owner Will was very willing to work with me on getting to a price I was comfortable with on my 2014 Lincoln MKZ I bought from them. I went to 4 or 5 big name franchised dealerships looking for a MKZ I wanted before I stopped in here. Each time I wasted HOURS being lied to, fighting with sleazy salesmen, and ultimately walking away from several deals. To be honest I expected more of the same at this little store, but I experienced the exact opposite. I would highly recommend anybody in the market for a solid used car stop in here first and talk to Jimmy and the guys. I know I'm glad I did!

It's the first time I've actually enjoyed driving. Before this I had a Civic, then a Sonata, and my first car way back was a Chrysler 300 (which was an absolute heap of garbage). After the 300 I was purely interested in reliable, economical cars that would get me from A to B with the basic amenities. The Model 3 was a step way above that, it's more efficient than any gas-powered or hybrid commuter car, it has a modest stylishness to it, and it has WAY more get-up-and-go than you'd expect, even with the single-motor package. The torque is instantaneous with no dead zones or gear changes. The handling is solid. There's a lot to love, including the infotainment system, built-in navigation, huge screen, etc. It was a lot to adjust to, going from a vehicle with tons of dials and buttons to just a screen and a handful of tactile controls, but I love it now. But one of the things I love most about it is that I can just open my phone and start the AC a couple minutes before I get in my car - In a city that regularly sees 110+ degrees, that is a GODSEND. I'm definitely an EV convert after buying a Model 3.

Not a review writer, but had to share the great experience. Went to multiple dealers and left frustrated with lack of willingness to deal or even return a call. This was not the case with Chicago auto place. Robert made the whole transaction super simple with zero pressure. Car needed a few small items and he took care of them with out question and had the car ready a day before I was expecting it. Robert was able to match my private bank low APR. Of the 15 cars I’ve purchased this was by far the best experience. Highly recommend.

Riding in this car will make you feel like you are a part of the future or hovering aboard a space ship. It truly rides like magic. I’m amazed at what this vehicle can do. The reliability and safety of this car is outstandingly outperforming every other car on the road. It does not require maintenance and every bit of the vehicle was built to guide humanity in the direction of 100% safe transportation. From my calculation on battery life, this vehicle will still hold a 250 mile charge after it’s been on the road for 600,000 miles. Considering sustainability of electricity and cost to charge- this car will save your pocket on energy costs and the earth from fuel emissions. The simplicity of the vehicle makes it easy to keep clean! Perfect 10/10 car.

I purchased a 2018 model 3. I have over 80,000 miles on it.. My only problem was the 3 sets of rear tires the first year..But it was fun.. No tune-up's no belts no oil changes..But then unlike some I don't park mine in saltwater..So fires from that aren't a problem for me. I drive over 100 miles to and from work every day and where I work has free charging..No Brainer.. Only car I have ever owned that saved me enough to make its own payments.. Probably not the car for everyone especially if you keep it parked in a saltwater environment...but as a work car and a car to take on long trips it's been extremely good..

I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

I've owned my 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD car for 5 years and 65,000 miles. Over that time, the only maintenance I've done has been wipers, wiper fluid, tires, a 12v battery, and cabin air filters. The car has been a blast to drive and flawless. I was able to find a single paint run on one of the mirror caps. Tesla offered to replace it, but I never did. It's not noticeable. Panel gaps are better than the Camry I park next to every day.

Tawny the salesman was great. He showed me this BMW I want. He treated me with respect. I need to bring my parents this week to buy it.

I have had a model 3 for a few months and i cannot stress enough how much i love the car. I would reccomend the long range if you can afford it. You can more range and more powerful performance. for the price i paid i still 100% reccomend it. I paid 70k with all the features and upgrades. If i had paid 100k for the same car i would still be satisfied. The features and ride quality alone are incredible. and the fact you never have to buy gas again is insane. Words cannot describe how much i love the car.

Plenty of Tesla haters out there, but this is the best car I have ever owned. I have 50,000 miles on my car and there is minimal maintenance. I have changed the tires and the cabin filter. The battery is doing fine and it has the best charging network out there. Don't let the haters from other brands fool you.

I have had my Model 3 for four years. I have had no problems after the first week. I have taken it all over the east coast and have not had any issues finding Superchargers. The only issues with charging is that the superchargers often do not charge as fast as advertised.

I have spent my entire life in and around the auto industry and these guys are the only dealer I buy from outside of my own. Dempsey isn't your typical car dealer, and the experience is far more laid back. If you are looking for Unique cars at fair prices, make this place your destination.

I'm near the end of the 3 year lease on our 2019 Model 3. It's the best vehicle we have owned and I have my order in for a Model Y. I leased our first, all-electric car because I wasn't completely convinced that we would have a fully satisfactory experience. I also suffered from the condition known as "range anxiety". The only mistake I made was opting for the (at the time) $6,000 so-called "full self-driving" capability. It was promised to be delivered by December of 2019, and still doesn't live up to its promise. Tesla recently "granted" access to the feature, which is available on a limited basis. While the feature certainly reduces driver fatigue on long trips, one can't be lulled into thinking that it's truly, "full self driving". (And, to its credit, Tesla cautions drivers to be fully in control at all times.) I've had the Beta version of FSD for a couple of months, and, all I can say is that the car has very strange, and sometimes scary reactions. So, for the Model Y I've ordered, I've nixed the FSD feature and will opt to continue to try it, occasionally, during the few times we take major trips at the $199 per month option. I am also a subscriber to Consumer Reports, which has panned Tesla's quality control throughout its product line. All I can say is that we've had no issues with our Model 3. Zero maintenance. The only issue, which was quickly and conveniently resolved related to having to replace the 12 volt battery after a little over two years. It was covered under warranty, but, since we live 200 miles from the nearest service center, we went for a few days without being able to drive the vehicle. (Tesla offers once weekly remote service to Tallahassee, which resolved the problem.) Bottom line: No quality control issues. Impressive features. No worries about the high cost of carbon fuels. Don't buy the so-called "full self driving feature"; it's not ready for prime time.

This is the second Tesla in our family. Took delivery of a 2021 LR Model 3 10 months ago, and we have put on 6000 miles. My wife is the primary driver, and this is the first car she has ever been enthusiastic about. I am 77 yo, and this is the best car I have owned. Unlike some other reports, we had no fit and finish problems. The car drives like a dream, and performs like a rocket ship. Autopilot is a very good adaptive cruise control, though sometimes does the "phantom braking" thing. We have FSD on our first Tesla (a Model S), and do not feel it is worth the $12,000 additional (now, at least). FSD can always be added later, with an online upgrade. This little EV makes perfect sense, with low maintenance costs, cheap electricity in the Pacific Northwest, and increasing gas prices. The Tesla supercharger network is great, and I have no range anxiety in either of our Teslas (24,000 miles on the 2019 Tesla S LR, after several road trips.
