The fuel injector went out on my 2019 F150. This is an employee-driven vehicle and I needed to get it back on the road fast, or we'd miss serving clients. Because I have an extended warrantee, the repairs were fully covered. Northbay is down a couple service people, as one of their longtime people just retired, and it's hard to find qualified people to hire in our small city. But they escalated my truck, and got it done in a couple days. It was driving beautifully after that. Marcus, my contact, is awesome at customer service. He is great in person - goes beyond. I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.

Brad was very accommodating housing the vehicle after we bought it for several weeks while we went on vacation. Doing business with Ever was relaxed and smooth. After doing extensive research we found that Ever had the best prices in the Bay Area. Their show room is gorgeous and they have a diverse inventory of EVs. The pricing is transparent without the typical haggling. If a used EV is what you need this is the place to visit.
2025 Tesla Model 3 review
2 Years in and no looking back. If you have a driveway and can install a charger, it is an even better experience to bypass gas stations completely.
