I had the pleasure of working with Sunburst Auto Sales to acquire a 2004 Corvette. Car was listed on internet for one day and I sent in a request about purchasing. Very comfortable car with no motor noise and the air suspension give you a smooth ride. Super charger stations are plentyfull. electric is the way to go.

This was a really great car buying experience. I live several hundred miles away from the dealership so most of the communication and pricing information was done online. I had to fly into the city the dealer is located which made me a little nervous knowing they could change some terms of the deal or present unexpected charges. To my relief, everything was exactly as promised online, the car was perfect, all personnel were amazing and the facility was clean and comfortable. My sales consultant, Larry, was especially helpful and friendly. I really appreciated his communication, picking me up at the airport, and making the process as quick and easy as possible!

Only minor problems with only one maintance/repair/upgrade visit just recently (2020) at a Tesla SC, 1.5 days in the shop. All other minor problems handled by an excellent mobile Tesla tech that comes to your house (a special service for those not near a SC). No drivetrain problems whatsoever. 1/3 the maintenance cost of an ICE vehicle, no gas cost. Gas net savings about $5,0000 over 5 years. This is an SUV with moderate dirt road capability and 9" ground clearance.

I'm a field service technician and have abused a Model X for over 10,000 miles. My territory is mostly TN, VA, and NC. Travelling throughout the Appalachian chain within, loaded with over a thousand pound of parts and material, has revealed a suspension that decimates rival SUVs. The majority of the weight being in the deck/battery of the vehicle makes for the great handling into the curves of the mountains. It's passing acceleration is amazing, going from 70 to 90 in about a second (loaded to the gill). I was renting SUVs for a few months and working them as I was, would lunge into curves because of the front heavy motor - and just scream trying to pass in the mountains. Most of the time I do not use the brake pedal, as letting off the accelerator engages the regenerative braking and charges the battery at the same time. The falcon doors and hatch back/trunk make loading and unloading easy with the added space in the "frunk". The infotainment system is super sweet with excellent mapping. The seats are easily adjusted to make them "just right" and made from a thick, supple, and cushy material that easily wipes clean. - I have travelled around the world doing commercial field (and military) service for 30 years, renting vehicles that were big, small, fast and slow. The Tesla Model X is the best SUV in the world today being quick, nimble, and tough as a nail.

I had an excellent experience with this dealership from start to finish. I bought the car from out of state and Jonathan De La Cruz did a walk around for me, had the car in perfect shape for me, arranged to have a car pick me up at the airport, and then Niello literally went the extra mile (143 to be exact) to get me where I needed to go with my certified pre-owned MINI. Very happy with my treatment and all employees I encountered. Though I hope to never have to go 1000 miles again to get the perfect car—I’d be happy to work with Niello again.

Most comfortable and most exciting car I have ever owned. The falcon-wing doors are amazingly practical! In tight spaces where the conventional front doors can barely open, the FW doors lift up and out, making exit much more comfortable; plus, on rainy days, they act like awnings - wonderful for attending to children in the rear seats.

I’ve had a few small items need attention and one door motor go bad. It’s a bit large for my garage and driving. Autopilot is great but not perfect but makes driving less stressful. Trim piece came loose and fit of components is not precise but overall I love this car! If one has solar and a Tesla Powerwall too, this car is awesome, otherwise your power bill may “shock” you. My car has free supercharging for long trips.

After having this car for a few months, I am convinced that it is the best car I have ever driven. So far (not a long time) it has been flawless. The ride is very comfortable (and adjustable), the interior is a bit Spartan for a car in its price range, however it makes up for the somewhat less cushy interior with technology that is far ahead of any other car maker. Driving an electric car with performance that rivals some super cars is a thrill. I believe Tesla is the only car company that really gets what electric cars are about. The Tesla supercharging network has no equal for other cars. The Model Y may be a better value, but if you want a crossover with all the luxury, this is the one to get.

Salesman (Gee) was very professional. Let me check the vehicle without any pressure of commitment. Car was as described when we spoke. Gee was very flexible with our appointment time. Dealer was very comfortable and modern. Finance office was very friendly and did not try to push the additional sale but also answered all the questions I had about additional coverages. Apart from no knowing what servicing has been done on the car before I bought it from TESLA! It's been okay two drives to UK from Norway the car has 150.000 Kms. They hadn't checked recalls, but fixed the front driveshafts & Suspension arms (recall). Nice bunch at Tesla Trondheim. Overall very happy with them, not so much with Tesla Skøyen in Oslo who were terrible.

I highly recommend this car lot to anyone looking for good quality used cars. Amine is super easy to talk to and work with. Their selection of cars are better than ur average used car lot and u can tell he puts a lot of thought into what he puts on his car lot for sale.

I recently purchased. a Model X Long Range to replace my 2021 Audi e-tron; I couldn’t be happier. The Tesla is faster, more efficient, and more fun to drive and the charging network is second to none. Interior quality and ride are comparable. My dogs love the extra room and Dog Mode in the Tesla. I have no regrets!

A car that almost drives itself. Very luxurious and smooth ride. Wicked quick acceleration even in standard model. Technology is far better than any other luxury car I’ve owned. Over the air updates are frequent and sometimes get cool upgrades without buying a new car. The base model comes with practically everything included unlike my Cayenne or Range Rover. Low maintenance at almost no cost. I’ve used mobile service a couple of times which is convenient. I’m a huge fan!

To help me make the best decision, he shared five key things every buyer should look out for: 1️⃣ Check the Vehicle History – They emphasized how important it is to review a full history report to avoid hidden surprises. A clean record means fewer risks! So get your own Carfax. 2️⃣ Have the Car Inspected – They strongly recommended bringing in a trusted mechanic to inspect the car before buying. A small upfront cost can save thousands in repairs later. 3️⃣ Understand the Warranty – They made sure I knew exactly what was covered and what wasn’t so I wouldn’t be caught off guard with unexpected repair costs. Their Cars are "AS IS" so when you drive off its all on you. Additional Important Steps They Advised: 🔴 No Returns Policy – Once you sign, the car is yours. They emphasized doing all research beforehand, getting an inspection, and making sure I was 100% confident before committing. 🔴 Salvage Title Considerations – Many of their vehicles have salvage titles, which means: Insurance rates will likely be higher, and some insurance companies won’t cover salvage vehicles at all—so check before buying. Resale and trade-in value will be lower, and some dealerships won’t take salvage vehicles. Many banks won’t finance salvage titles, so you may need to pay in cash or use a lender that specializes in these purchases. 🔴 Check the Vehicle’s Value with Other Dealers – One of the best tips the manager gave me was to take the VIN numbers of the cars I was interested in and check with other dealerships to see what they would pay for it. We bought the 2016 Model X one year ago. So far it has been a great vehicle with outstanding handling. Even on snow and ice (we live near Spokane, WA) it did much better than I expected. The vehicle is heavy and sturdy. Back in September I had a deer run into the car just in front of the drivers door while I was going 55 mph. I was surprised at how little damage the car sustained. You can’t beat the convenience of ‘fueling’ at home.

Excellent SUV. I primarily bought the X because it has the highest safety rating of any car tested by EURO NCAP. I know that my kids are safe and if anything were to happen we have the lowest probability of injury or death. That’s most important. It’s fun to drive, handles extremely well for a truck and it can easily pass others on the interstate. I save $5000 a year in fuel and charge overnight at my home. The autopilot is the best I’ve ever seen, it recognizes everything on the road at all times. It can see in every direction and I’ve never had an issue with it. They continually update the autopilot over the air, so you’re always getting the best version. The app automatically preheats and pre-cools in the winter and summer before I head to work which is one of the best features ever. I used to have a remote starter with my Q5 but I always had to manually start the car and it took forever to heat up or cool, if I forgot to pre set the climate before I left the Q5 it wouldn’t work. Overall I’ve had no issues. The other reviews seem disingenuous.

Greatest vehicle I have ever owned. Smooth ride, great navigation, no oil changes, no radiator fluid, no leaks in your garage, only need to go for service once a year, and then you get a loaner for that visit. Always ready, and it drives itself on the interstate? Crazy awesome.
