This is my second review for this fantastic dealership and especially Mr. Mobin Fateh my all time favorite sales representative at Chantilly Audi! Initially Mobin and his team helped my wife to painlessly transition from her previously leased vehicle to a brand new Audi Q3. I was in the market for another car as well and had few cars in mind. Once we experienced Mobin’s excellence, I decided to purchase an Audi from him. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of picking up my new Audi from them! Mobin is outstanding. What a king this man is! Absolutely honest and transparent and beyond helpful. Great energy and communication skills. I promise, I am not endorsed to leave this review and i look forward to a lifelong friendship and conducting business with Mobin. His team, Hek Abbasi (manager), and Grace (finance manager) were outstanding in assisting me and making this process flawless and smooth. The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

So I did a lot of research before buying a Tesla. I knew I would like it and it would be cheaper to own than an ICE after 5 years! But what I didn't know...I don't like it, I LOVE THIS VEHICLE! I will NEVER GO BACK TO ICE!!! While I love my Tesla, I could see going to Rivian or Polestar, esp after they do their 2025 conversion to the NACS or Tesla Charging Outlets. But the Tesla Charging Network is the MAIN Reason for going with Tesla. What I also didn't know...was that Tesla regularly (bi-monthly on avg) updates and upgrades their cars with over-the-air updates...as the car gets better and BETTER, day by day! Name another car that gets better with enhancements at No Cost to the Owner. Any other car only gets better if you pay for it!!! Heck, many automakers even charge you to update their Maps! And the VOICE COMMANDS are oh so simple, just use standard language! I often rent vehicles with College Officiating and every maker out there has a complicated (non-natural) phrasing needed for their Maps...Tesla is as easy as Google Maps or Waze! I knew I would save over $300 a month charging at home vs Gas. In reality, I avg over 2K miles a month, and Home Charging is costing me $80 to $88 on avg. Oh and in my truck, I would have paid over $500 easy in Gas. So given the $200 higher monthly price point for an EV, will be worth it over time! Travel is not even remotely an issue, though you will find stopping to charge, you will find time to eat better and safer, and you will be much more relaxed upon your arrival! Enjoy the games or movies on your screen and the theater surround sound! Previous Owner of 3 Fords, 3 Saturns, 2 Chevys, 1 Jeep, and Current Owner of 1 Nissan and 1 Toyota. Oh, and there was a DODGE LEMON in a Charger that DIED every time you went from Reverse to Drive. Dodge went into the shop 30+ times and they could never find or fix it and did nothing to replace it. It eventually died on I-10 and I was lucky an 18-wheeler's air forced me off the interstate before it KILLED ME & TOTALED the Car! Again, I never want to buy another ICE car, though the Toyota was purchased as my wife's wish...but only for her wishes.

It was an easy car buying experience with no pressure sales . They had what I needed in the price range I could afford .

I have had the Y for a little bet over a year and have put 30,000 miles on it. Have had no trouble at all with any aspect of it's operation. Have towed a 3,000Ibs trailer from the east coast to Dever in the middle of winter (every day the temperature was 32 degrees or less) without and had no idea that it was behind me except that i had to stop every 100 miles to recharge instead of every 275-300 miles. I will never go back to a gasoline powdered car again.

I am a retired federal government. I have bought many cars in the past. I got recommended by a family member and friends. I am satisfied with the transaction with the car price, especially with the sales person and their team. I will recommend everyone to come here! Give them the chance. The Zoom dealership is a very very professional establishment no pressure in buying an automobile honest information about their automobiles. They real work on getting you into an automobile. After the purchase they check to see if your happy with your purchase. I definitely suggest someone to check out their establishment if your really interested in getting an automobile.

Adam was helpful with the car that I wanted to buy and it's been a couple weeks since, no issues. They did my dmv stuff too got my tags this week.

Ion know wat the bad reviews are abt. I just purchased a 2020 malibu RS from them. The experience was pleasant some laughs and good customer service! Car was up to par and didn't see or hear anything out of tune to normal driving conditions. The selling point tho was the warranty! Low miles on car please that great warranty! Read the reviews but go in for yourself! Stop thinking others bad juju is your problem too. Just be smart when buying. I had a good one I recommend them to everyone. My salesman name was David

I recently purchased a 2022 Lexus LS500h AWD trading in my 2022 LexusLS500 Luxury. The vehicle I bought was a L-certified fully loaded with 3,500 miles and the one I traded was having just 8,690 miles. I was upgrading mine since the LS500 was deeply depreciating almost 50% in less than a year for no reason. I experienced a flawless dealing and transaction from beginning to end. I did my business with them after my intense nationwide search. I was offered retail price range for my trade-in and the best price available nationwide. I can’t be more happier. My sales person Mr. Mail and Dorg were incredible, honest, sincere and proactive through out and finance person Mr Azad was the best finance manager I ever met so far for my various purchases in my life. They truck me the car I purchased and picked mine from Tennessee within 48 hours once transaction executed. From my experience, I highly recommend them to anyone without any hesitation.

What criteria do you have in shopping your next used vehicle? 1. You want to buy a used car that is believed to be absolutely trouble free (Equivalent to a certified grade). 2. You are ok to buy a car at a fair market price (You are not trying to find a steal deal or to negotiate a price). 3. You hate sales pitch. Then go to Carmax. This is my best advice based on my past car buying experiences with all sorts of car dealers. You can't go wrong with Carmax if the above three are your criteria. Carmax set an extremely high standard in their car reconditioning protocols. Carmax certification is as good as manufacturer's certifications. Meanwhile, you will be discouraged if you come to Carmax in hope to find a steal deal, because all of their cars are priced RIGHT, and they never give you a room to negotiate over the price. This means that they don't play games, and they don't let you play games, either. They are fair. You have to be fair, too. A good news is, they don't try to steal your money. So don't try to steal theirs. However, I have one serious advice: Get pre-approved by a local credit union before coming to Carmax. While Carmax too does offer financing, their repayment rule has a catch. Say your monthly payment was set to $100. If you put $500 at once, you expect that the extra $400 would automatically go to principal payment, right? Not with Carmax financing. Instead, the first $300 goes to the three upcoming monthly payments, and only the remaining $200 will go to principal payment. If you intend to pay off your auto loan quick, this repayment rule that they set up is a deal breaker. A good thing is, they will gladly let you use your credit union financing; they won't pressure you into choosing their financing service. Good luck, and never go back to liars that live in the rest of the world.

Nail in tire, so service need was unexpected and was greatly appreciative of the expediency and service level on short notice.

I was car shopping and was immediately contacted by one of the sales reps and we spoke fr a few days befor I came from out of town and purchased a new car for my wife, the guys were good to me and honestly didn’t even feel like I was at a “dealership”, rather a friends house. The guys there are cool adam and J i think, really appreciate it

I contacted premier and was contacted via text by Patrick. Set up an appointment for 6/23/23. We live over two 1/2 hours away and hoped find the car. My daughter and I arrived at the dealership to test drive one car and found that the actual car we wanted was being test driven. The car was purchased as we test drove a few other cars. We finished by asking Patrick to pull six vehicles to look at and 4 to test drive. Was impressed with his time and patience. At the end of three hours and unable to find the car we wanted, he was great. Told him the color and model we wanted, but they didn’t have it in stock. Patrick was a good salesman. Not pushing a sale. We will go back. Hopefully they won’t have additional undisclosed fees as stated by others.

We had a very good experience purchasing a Tesla Model Y from VINS. Tony was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the car. Showed us most of the features as we drove. Explained ever about the car and the deal. They were very upfront with all information about the car. Hina in finance was very patient. No pressure. It was a nice experience. In and out very quickly.
