Long range AWD FSD ( great on long trips) I got white seats and am so glad. Really brightens the interior and they have been easy to care for. Battery lost range faster than my older Model 3 but it’s still around 295 after ~70k mi. Great in the snow but a bit more ground clearance would help. Cracked windshield was repaired by Tesla and cost about $1000 less than Safelight. No other issues except for CEO

Excellent service at Koons Ford Sterling in Virginia to diagnose and repair a malfunctioning Automatic window mechanism. Techicians repaired the window, but took time to double check to make sure everything was fixed, and discovered a further problem that required a more extensive repair that solved the problem. Customer service representative Andrew expertly and courtesly handled the transaction both from in-take of my Explorer to the final resolution. Final bill for all services even came in slightly under the initial estimate. Excellent experience and I will continue to rely on Koons Sterling.

Very friendly and good staff. Joe helped me getting my new, but used, car with bery smooth transactions. The finance person was also very helpful on the last step. I give 4 starts because I was not able to talk to anyone after the service. One thing I would recommend is make sure you have all ready before walk out with the car, otherwise, it is hard to reach out to them again. Other than this, 5 star dealership.

The Tesla driver interface is unique, but becomes second nature and pretty good in just a few drives. Interior is very comfortable, quiet, and spacious, but a bit sparse for the price point. Performance is great but the inability of virtually all EVs to meet their EPA range estimates without going downhill with a tailwind is disappointing. Charging at home is great. The Tesla charging network works very well as does the Tesla app on your smartphone. We have seen none of the build quality issues others have previously noted. Tesla customer support for us has been good and responsive as we’ve worked through questions and bought accessories. Overall, with weight and aero being determinants of EV range, the Model Y is a very well designed vehicle. Aero drove the exterior design and weight the interior. The resulting looks are either something you like, or not, but for their purpose, they work. Right sized and shaped outside, very spacious inside. Recent price cuts made the value decision one we could live with. Compared it with every other EV of its size and very happy with our choice.

This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I’ve purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Jeep — you name it — and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality I received at Koons GMC in Vienna, VA. The deal they offered was so incredible that I traveled all the way from New Jersey by Amtrak to Virginia. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because many dealerships pull bait-and-switch tactics. But not here. Saleam (Sales), Sait (Sales Manager), and Isabella (Finance) all confirmed the deal ahead of time and honored exactly what was promised. When I arrived just after opening at 9 AM, Sales was still in a meeting, but I was greeted respectfully right at the door. Saleam was paged, and the process began immediately. I've had this car for around a year now and its a great vehicle. The performance is stellar and it handles very well due to the low center of gravity. The main issue is that due to the larger wheels and lower suspension, the car rides very rough and worse than any other crossover/suv I have driven. I do not suggest it for longer trips as overtime the rough ride and bumps can become annoying. I also wish there were some tactile buttons for volume but the overall layout with the center screen works fine and gives the interior a clean look. I highly suggest getting the white interior as it makes a huge difference and is sort of a tesla hallmark. My other complaint would be the lack of apple carplay, Tesla's system is pretty easy to use but given that I am an Apple Music user it would be nice to have carplay integration. I also live in a colder climate so you would need a set of winter tires because the factory tires are summer performance rated. This seems like a harsh review but I mainly focused on the negatives since the pros of driving an EV really speak for themselves. Quality is hit or miss on these cars and I highly suggest checking for panel mis alignment and trim fitment, mine came perfect but I know other Ys do not.

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. One of the best cars I owned. With recent price reduction on Teslas, this car is excellent value. First of acceleration does not get old. Puts a smile on my face every time. One pedal driving is fantastic once you get used to it. So many different features and you get more with every update. This is so cool to own car for 6 month or longer and still get new features. I’m assuming they had some quality issue with early models. Mine is 2022 and fit and finish is excellent. All works as advertised. I was a bit skeptical about getting a Tesla myself due to so many negative comments. But my personal experience is excellent. No rattles. Love using my phone as a key. So convenient. Audio system is one of the best in business. Give Tesla a try and you will not be disappointed. Range is plenty for daily city driving. Saving ton of money on gas. Convenience of charging at home. No more Costco gas station lines. Time will tell, but as far as I understand this electric engines are much simpler and this more reliable in a long term.

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

Bryce Do was very helpful, and patient with me during our 7 month interaction between me starting to think about replacing my old truck, and finally, last minute, like phone call, "I'm on the way!" at 5 pm on a holiday. He showed me the vehicles I was considering and showed me how the features worked. The only detraction from my experience was in the finance department where they didn't honor the price on the website, and I paid more than I expected to when going in.

This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

Amazing car. Was able to easily fit 300 square foot of laminate wood flooring inside with the seats folded flat. I'm going to glamp in this thing. I'm going to commute in Los Angeles, take my sister's dogs around - you name it. This thing is going to get a little dirty, hah. I'm happy it has a tow hitch as an option and roof rails available. The frunk and back trunk having storage (under the flat lift boot cover in the back) are just great for shopping and carrying around smaller items. I like that the 2023s still have the stalks because my wife and I tried the 24' Model 3 without, and we don't prefer that experience just yet. This is the best, most efficient, utilitarian, and sharp looking vehicle on the market. My only feedback is the paint could be better. I think they have the fit issues with the body panels down, and the sound dampening is a ton better in the 23's with the extra carpet that they add in the back and on the sides of the vehicle. I think to address the management of the company, Tesla is a big company. The recent Supercharger team layoffs were disappointing to hear in terms of how it was handled. However, I am excited by the prospect that the U.S.A. will have the North American Charging Standard, (NACS), as the single charging standard for Electric Vehicles going forward. NACS is much more elegant than J1772 and DCFC handles, as is the typical Supercharger location and experience. Do yourself a favor and buy into the vertically integrated EV experience with Tesla and don't worry about the public charging infrastructure that others have to deal with. That'll just be your backup option if the lines are too long at the Superchargers, or if you want a better charging rate in some rare contexts. What do I think about the CEO? I don't think about him really too much... the car speaks for itself.

Unbelievable car!!! 2023 Tesla Y (Long Range 19") and my wife fully agrees. Where do I begin? Value! Crazy good, purchased Sept 2023, will end up costing about 44k after 7500 tax credit, now factor in another 10k (at least) saved over gas over the next 5 plus years and my cost will drop to about 34k?? For this car???! Seriously, at 9 cents a kilowatt hour, (FL) to charge this thing in my garage overnight (charge rate is 30 miles in just an hour) only costs about $7.50 worth of electricity for about 315 miles range. What?? We've had this for 7 months and about 18k miles and have spent only about a buck or two on windshield washer fluid so that's it on maintenance costs. What a PLEASURE not having to deal with dealerships and oil changes that take a half a day of hassle. Teslas service (and app) is excellent. I've read the motors (dual) can go 1 million miles and the battery 300-500 k miles. I plan on doing 200k miles on this car. Range anxiety? None for me, basically I can drive about 3 complete hours of driving per day on a charge. Waking up every day with 3 hours worth of driving and skipping gas stations with 35 dollar fill-ups (we have a Prius with 300k miles) is wonderful. Teslas supercharger network is everywhere. I've never seen a station that did not work or a line that kept me waiting more than 5 minutes. I never realized, until I owned a Tesla, that not having to go to the gas station about once a week (or about 27 times for the past 7 months) erases any inconvenience of having to supercharge because unless you do frequent road trips (more than about 3 hours round trip) you will go months at a time not having to supercharge. (supercharging averages 2.5-3 times the cost for me to charge at home) Your house is technically your gas station! (supercharging averages 2.5-3 times the cost of me charging at home) Performance? basically, this car has about the speed of a 911 and its low center of gravity and handling make it really really fun to drive. Highest safety rating all around and the very good stereo has about 14 speakers (and a subwoofer) that round out some amazing perks usually reserved for much more expensive cars... The software, self driving and navigation is very advanced and not an upcharge if you dont do the full self driving, gorgeous graphics and an intelligent user interface that can be learned as you go along make this car a phenomenal choice. Tesla is WAY ahead on software and basically built this car around their software platform while others are building EVS and struggling with their software and charging systems. Tesla outsells their competition by a very wide margin, for good reasons. The wife and I were about to get either a Honda CRV or a Toyota Rav 4 and by some wonderful luck walked past the Tesla store at the mall, 10 minutes later we test drove the y and 3 and literally, before we drove a mile we knew this test drive experience made it clear, we would try this Tesla. 101% happy we did. If you are considering the Tesla, make sure you drive one before making your decision. One last thing, buying direct from Tesla basically means you are getting maybe about 20% more car for a lower price because the middleman dealerships are not cost factored in, and don't believe the negative media coverage. Tesla is bypassing an entire industry and alot of big companies are probably not happy about it. If you really want to know what Tesla ownership is like, ask Tesla owners. My neighbor has a Model 3 with 45k miles, I asked her the other day what she has paid for Maintenace so far and she said "nothing" and LOVES her Tesla. I hear the same from pretty much every Tesla owner I ask. What a car!
