Great car. 185K miles and still running strong! It's a 1998 model and we keep wanting to replace it but it just keeps on running. We change the oil every 5K miles & only synthetic.

I nicknamed our 4runner the "Snow Commander" because there were not many road conditions that she couldn't manage. We lived on a steep hill in Maine. I would not hesitate to take her out in blizzard conditions and "plow" my way to work. We bought a new 4runner in 1998 and used 09 in 2012. We were very happy with both. They are pricey, and they are not the most comfortable offroader...but they are rugged and reliable.

The interior is very clean. No rips or stains. No odors. AUX connection. Bluetooth handsfree set up. All equipment works. The exterior is in great conditon. Tires have good tread. Clean car inside and out.

Perfect. The service manager went out his way to help me. I have been going there for several years. I have said enough. Change this part of the evaluation.

Most in sales are simply out for themselves and will tell you whatever they like to get a sale – buyer regret usually followed. Now for the dealership. After purchasing a 2015 Legacy the driver’s seat could not be moved forward or back. A Rockford Subaru dealership wanted $2,000.00 to replace the seat. Subaru of America had me reach out to Janesville Subaru to have them evaluate the seat. Within 10 minutes the problem had been fixed. A quarter had fallen into the seat track and stopped the seat from moving. There was no charge. I gave the bent quarter to the service manager with my thanks! I’ve only had service done there since. Buying tires - they are competitive with the large retailers. This means free rotation with oil change and free car wash. Travel is part of my job. Having a dependable car is essential. The dealership is good at keeping me updated about regular maintenance. In the service department, Jonathan and others work to schedule according to your time frame. It has been common for me to get in on short notice. I like the dealership and believe you will as well. Be sure to ask for Deana if you want to buy.
