Used 2023 Toyota 4Runner for sale near Irving, TX

I purchased a used vehicle from Cowboy Toyota (2018 Infiniti QX60) and had a great experience. The process was seamless and easy. Just purchased by 3rd 4runner Limited. Love that Toyota is reliable and I like sitting up over looking traffic. Toyota's hold there resale value. I did not purchase the extended warranty, I've never used it previously and think it's a waste of money unless you pur a EV. Also, the dealership might try to get you to buy windshield coverage....it's already in my auto insurance coverage. Shop around for rates, usually a credit union has pretty good rates if your credit score is good. Dealerships generally run higher interest rates. Also, make sure you get 2 key fobs. Just offering some general buying tips.

Had a great experience with Crest Nissan in Frisco Texas. Ben Haft is a great salesman, he was so helpful and gave us a great deal. He went out of his way to help us. We went for one car and it was not what we thought it would be but Ben found just the car we needed. We told he what we wanted and he found the very best one. He was so nice to work with. This vehicle is very expensive to repair/parts. I've been hit a couple times already and the paint alone is very expensive / orange is what it appears as..

It’s a 2023 so it only has 25’000 miles on it at this time, but I’m absolutely satisfied with the purchase. Sure, it’s not designed to be fast, ultra-comfortable, fuel efficient, but it excels in handling rough ranch roads and rough Dallas city potholes, nice narrow body for tight parking. It’s great as a highway cruiser, and the secret of the 4Runner is if you go 30-40mph over a fairly level road (AC off) you’ll hit 60mpg! Quite happy with it, a real urban assault vehicle, wish they came with a better selection of exterior colours though 👍

Love the car My first 4Runner that I have owned sits higher than a normal SUV .I love the lights very bright lights up the road. I have a big dog she goes in the back with plenty of room she loves that the window opens. The two negatives that I have are that my lights are not auto and the lift gate is not powered I had those in my last vehicle so I have to mentally make some adjustments. But still love the car❤️

I absolutely LOVE my 2023 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium . Love the rear glass that rolls down for extra breeze with moonroof open. Only 4 stars on comfort as passenger seat in front has no lumbar support which wife needs. Also own 2015 Tacoma 4x4 crew Cab/ manual and 2018 Land Cruiser. We value Reliability, Dependability, and vehicles that are OVERBUILT for the job. Toyota/Lexus is the only brand that we will ever buy for our needs, and the only place we buy is from The Tracy Job Team at Shottenkirk Toyota in Quincy, Ill. Simply the BEST!!

Initial contact and purchasing were good but when to go pick up the car, salesman trying to pressure to buy additional warranty, and it took over an hour to receive the car.

So I pretty much been dealing with one Gentleman name Craig and have been an easy person to speak with and very knowledgeable about things I ask of him.

I brought a battery purchased a year ago, 2024, that has 84 months of warranty and asked to be tested and if not working assess probation and replaced. Toyota employee asked me to provide proof of purchase. I did not have receipt from a year ago. I asked him to check in his system using car history by VIN. He said each Toyota dealer is different. I did not think the issue was name of the dealer rather the centralised Toyota dealer system dealers use. I mentioned this battery was used just one year with 6 more years to go. He replied he doesn’t care whether purchased a year or many years ago. All they need was proof of purchase. How many people keep receipts for years? If something of big value was purchased, it will be kept as long as needed. Gentleman was not willing to check in Toyotas’ Sysem. I did not appreciate that type of poor customer service. I finally asked him how good/bad my battery was. He told me to take Toyota’s battery to Oreily or Auto Zone and get it checked. Another disappointing comment. Toyota should find constructive solution for its products and parts to its customers. Gentleman should not redirect customer concern to other business like Oreily or Autozone Hopefully, this type of poor customer service will be properly addressed and soon corrected.

I had Robert M as my service representative today and he kept me updated throughout my visit. He worked with me and got the best value for the work that was done. He also pointed out that there were some concerns that I needed to be aware of until my next visit. Robert is an asset to this dealership. I will be back!

I have always used Carlos as my service writer. He used to be at the Preston location, but moved when they did. I would recommend him because he is always very friendly and professional.

Phillip took care of the break defect for me and I'm always grateful for him. Excellent customer service. I was disappointed that the tires being worn bc of I-force engine causing alignment issues couldn't be replaced. For such a nice truck the tires are horrendous and I wish that Toyota had invested in quality tires for their high end truck. I should have the wear and tear on my tires like this after a little over a year.
