Everyone at Toyota of Cerritos was friendly and helpful, especially our salesman Rene. He explained and showed me all the breakdown costs and took his time answering all my questions. He was very patient because, I had a lot of questions and not just about the financing. I never felt rushed or that my questions foolish. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of the car, how to handle servicing my car, the maintenance etc.. He also offered up some great tips and advice for my new car. Cabe is so good I don't check out other car brands just because I don't want to go back to my lifetime of experiences at less dealers. But Toyota never disappoints in any case.
