I traveled from out of state, so it required trust on my part that things would work out, and I was very pleased with the result. The car and details of the transaction were as promised, Lincoln had the paperwork all prepared, and Luke followed up quickly and efficiently. It was all so effortless and I was back on the road with my new car in record time. I highly recommend this dealership and its staff, and look forward to doing business with them in the future. I recently had service/maintenance done at Autonation. Service Advisor Dave Steinmetz did an excellent job of explaining service needed. He kept me apprised of repair progress & costs. He also followed up, to ensure repairs were performed correctly. My Tacoma drives much better. The online appointment process makes it very easy to schedule maintenance

Reuben Floyd was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward our 2024 Rav4. He was patient with some of our indecision but once we got to writing it up, he was very efficient and thorough. He was also a very pleasant person that we got to know. He was focused and really cares about people. He's a very valuable employee and we are grateful that he took such good care of us!
