I asked for an out the door price before coming to the dealership and they had no trouble doing so and were very transparent. We bought a gold certified rav4 which means it was a 1price deal. This was helpful because we did not need to go through the hassle of the back and forth negotiation. Valeria took me on a test drive and did a great job with explaining all the features of the car as well as the warranties. We did not feel rushed or pressured during the whole process.
