I purchased a 2002 Toyota Avalon XLS in 2012ish.
I purchased a 2002 Toyota Avalon XLS in 2012ish. The car was in immaculate condition inside and out. It had power and good on gas. They are safe and plush like leather, sunroof, house plug, automatic everything, navigation (which was an option), it even had a JBL system with a factory sub. The upgraded JBL system was jamming too. The dash took some getting used to but I miss it now. You don't work on these all you gotta do just maintenance them and that's it 😂. The brakes were the easiest I have ever changed. It was the best car I ever had hands down. The perfect car for anyone. I have gotten my girl one and fixing to get my niece one. I am gonna buy another one myself. Mine got totaled and I miss it so bad. You crazy thing is I owned mine about 15 years ago and the price still hasn't went down. I predict they will go up in value.

Bought this car 6 years ago in 2018 off Craig’s list for
Bought this car 6 years ago in 2018 off Craig’s list for $3000 with over 175K+ miles now it’s over 305K miles and it’s still going just get oil changes on time, get tires when worn out and brakepads when worn. Other than that it’s the best most reliable car I have ever driven and had and takes me from point A to B and everything is still fully functional.

The entire team at Nissan City of Red Bank is phenomenal. I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience. Right from the start, my salesperson, Bobby Ippolito, was professional and friendly. The sales managers, Joe Ianelli and Rich Bentley, were extremely accommodating and understanding of my individual needs. It was nice to actually feel heard at a car dealership and treated with respect. You can tell this is a family business. Even the finance people were a pleasure to work with, and when is that ever the case! (Nick Corporal and James Manos). I had been to three other Nissan dealerships prior, and none of them compared in pricing, comfort, or courtesy. I honestly can't say it enough... businesses like this should be supported. I recommend everyone use Nissan City of Red Bank.

2004 Toyota Avalon XLS review
Keep this gem.
I am the third owner of my 2004 Avalon and have had it since 2012. It has 145,000 miles on it and still runs great. Yes, I have had to put about 3.4k dollars in it for suspension issues but when I tested a 2014 Avalon Hybrid I discovered things about my old car that the new ones don't have. Sight lines on my car are much better than the new ones and if you like audio books on CDs you won't find a six CD changer on the new ones. The engine is still powerful, I haven't noticed any decline in gas mileage and the comfort in the seats and space are superb and controls on this car don't require a pilot's license. My mechanic says Michigan rust is doing my Avalon in and it's time to look for another. I am willing to risk the odds for at least two more years. What's better: a luxury car you already own or one that will run $350 a month in car payments.
