The staff at Gulliver's was mostly professional and made the process fast and easy. The only person who could be a bit more professional is the finance guy, he’s just a little rough around the edges. Overall I would recommend.

Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

Did some research ahead of time and searched for the 2017 Camry until I found one in my area that looked great in photos-went to the Heritage dealer and bought it right away. Smooth riding and reliable, happy with my decision.

I purchased my 2017 SE used from Hertz with 41000 miles on it . I have driven 46000 trouble free miles in 5 years of ownership. I have only replaced one battery, rear brakes and I elected to put 4 new tires on it. The SE has a firm but still compliant ride. The interior is good, not breathtaking but the ergonomics and size of the buttons is very big and intuitive. Mileage is right around 24 city and 33 highway so pretty much as advertised. 2.5 liter engine is sufficient for accelerating into merging traffic and generally smooth overall. I am very impressed with overall quality and reliability.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Bought this new in 2017, the base LE model. Excellent ride & handling. Good gas mileage-30-33 around town. Only maintenance is regular oil changes, windshield wipers blades, new tires after 6 years & 29000 miles. Very attractive style inside & out. Love the 6 speed transmission vs the newer 8 speed. Will keep this car, not go for the newer models as they don't seem to be as good. This is DEFINITELY a keeper for me, & 1 of the best models Toyota ever made.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). There is nothing worse than sitting in a dealership for hours upon hours to purchase a vehicle. They have streamlined the process and it is the easiest car-buying experience we have ever had. There are a few dents in the car that I did not see, but when my husband noticed them, they were super quick to let us know they would get them fixed for us. Fantastic place to purchase your next vehicle!

We arrived a few minutes early but received a quick check-in and were finished and back in our vehicle 57 minutes after our appointment time. The van had been washed and protected by plastic during the service. Levels were checked as refilled as necessary and our fob and tire locks were replaced properly. We even had coffee and water available in the clean and quiet waiting room. We appreciate scheduling online and bring services in a timely manner and will continue to use Toyota of Plano to keep our van in top notch condition.

Service was prompt and was excellent. My representative was friendly and courteous. I know my Toyota RAV4 is in great hands with this dealership!
