The dealer determined the car needed expensive work so they took the vehicle to auction. There was no other car I was interested in. The dealership stayed in consistent contact with me to keep me up to date.

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience buying our Truck at this Dealership. Anthony was by far the most helpful person in this business, great personality, knowledgeable on the automobile field as well as financing. I had been looking for a certified 2024 ux250h for about 2-3 months. I have driven cars at at least 6 dealerships in 3 states. And despite being Lexus dealerships more than one were not upfront in their pricing and they all had an attitude of " this is the car as is, you don't like that chip or no mats or whatever else then don't buy it" and one even said it was certified then wanted $4k for certification. Not Ourisman Lexus. First off, the car was priced very fairly. No games from the start. Our salesperson PeiPei was helpful and responsive. The sales manager Willie was top notch. My wife traveled from New York alone to see the car in our then current Lexus IS250C as a possible trade in. They were wonderful. Transparent with the pricing. Gave us a number we were happy with on our trade in and addressed minor aesthetic issues with the car on the spot. They were ready for her arrival and had the complete transaction done including aggressive financing in about 3 hours. Willie knew my wife had come a long way to get there and had a long trip home and he made sure his staff expedited the whole process to get her on the road. After all the dealerships we had visited I never expected the whole process of buying this vehicle could go this well and that we would be treated so fairly and transparently. Didn't try to push a single upsell on my wife. Offered one or two things like extending the warranty, she said no, and they moved on. When we do need the next Lexus, I am absolutely calling Willie and his staff first. Just the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.

Had this car since 2021...it's been a fabulous car filled with luxury equipment...it's the best car I've owned....thanks toyota no wander it's the best selling car in America worth ever penny...anyone reading this review will agree

I wanted to purchase a new vehicle. The vehicle I seen online I thought was a great car, Mr. Joel Lisman found me a even better car with less miles and cheaper then the car I was looking at. Once I came to pick up the vehicle I was at Carmax for less than an hour, then I was driving away in my new car. 😁

Best Camry I have ever owned ans I have owned 5. The radar cruise control is amazing and maintains the distance set behind the car in front by slowing or speeding up automatically. The radar on the mirrors detects cars in your blindspot and warns you by a light in your mirror and warns you when drifting to another lane, pushing you back into your lane if you don't signal. The backup camera and rear warning system warns you of pedestrians or cars behind you. The automatic or manual transmission gives you more control. And the communication system is great with the extra features including communication through your phone whether it's locked, needs service, location, etc. It has all the features of a higher priced car and it looks very sporty. I love mine!

My husband and I love our car. It rides beautiful and handles great in bad weather conditions. We have not had any problems at all. The seats are comfortable and the driver seat has many adjustable settings including lumbar support. The interior is "very" spacious, my husband is 6' tall and his head has plenty room. The exterior lines are sexy and the paint is a gorgeous white.

What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

If my credit was on point I would've been driving my dream car. The K900 is a sleeper for those who do not know. But they did try to help.
