The car comes up short on the interior, the carpet is very cheap and the seats stain easily. I should have gotten a new SE.

I"ve been purchasing and servicing cars from Oak Lawn Toyota for years. I just had my car serviced on its usual schedule and I was literally in and out in 1.5 hrs. The staff was extremely helpful. I have come over the years to trust both sales and service at Oak Lawn Toyota.

Got the XSE back in October and I haven’t had a single issue with it. Inside looks amazing and feels nice and cozy. Outside looks great. I get wonderful gas mileage. Huge sunroof to put down on nice days. Great jbl speaker kit that really can make your bump. Smooth driving can manage anything you would need to from the steering wheel. Great car, probably will drive a camry until they give me a reason not too

Positives: Great fuel economy in the hybrid. Comfortable, smooth ride. Negatives: feels like riding in a coffin- numb, dead feel. Interior is ok, but still very cheap feeling. I pushed though an arm rest yesterday when exiting, too much plastic. Too many lines/busy on the exterior. Not good looking in my opinion.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Based on my experience, I have to give five stars and double it to ten. What more can I ask? Very lucky! My first call was with the service manager Alberto. He explained the details of what to do in the situation like I was experiencing and Alberto, Nick and many others worked like a great team. They are polite, kind and they followed through every promise they made, charged me the minimally necessary, and even went ABOVE and BEYOND to reduce cost knowing what I have been through. Not only the new catalytic converter was restored, but I understood my car more, oil, fluid change, the car got a new life. I knew my car was happy there. Not only I am super grateful, but I know that God will bless their service, and each one of them for their kindness! Thank you! BTW, they provided great shuttle service at no charge, my car was super clean, the 13 year old battery was replaced, I truly appreciate the attention to detail. The car was there for 9 month due to the national back order, they took SUCH GREAT CARE for the car. Here is a bit more detail: My Prius's catalytic converter was stolen 9 month ago, since then my car has been through two Toyota dealerships. I called five. I had to move my car due to the dealership change stories after got me in or asking for excessive work, some suggested welding, it became confusing and exhausting for me physically and mentally having to move the car multiple times. So I just randomly search Toyota dealership and ended up calling Toyota on Western. The call with Alberto was short and sweet, about five minutes, I decided to move my car to their location. Glad I did! Alberto was straightforward, very educational and professional. It was from him, I finally understood, why welding the catalytic for the Prius converter is wrong, and I am all for doing the best for my car. I was uplifted, and relaxed after Alberto took my car in. He also move the car from time to time to keep the break in good shape, no amount of money or compliment can be exchanged with such genuine help and willingness to do good. I am smiling, and feeling very thankful!
