Dan Schrier was a very good, no pressure, salesperson. I believe I got a very fair price for the car I wanted and it was delivered in beautiful shape and within the time frame, I needed. I met the finance and service managers and felt very welcomed. I love that the oil changes, etc. will be extended to 5 years as long as I use their service department and I plan to do so. I would recommend Summit Toyota to anyone looking to buy a car!

The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! This was my first visit to Toyota of Kent. I previously used a different Toyota dealer for years but they changed ownership and apparently most of their employees. The service desk employees were friendly, efficient and prompt! They knew what service I was coming for and took the time to explain what it included and involved. Shelby was my service manager but all four folks at the front were polite, friendly, professional. My car was serviced by a technician with many years of service! And the price did not change from the quote. I waited on site and was surprised that the car was done in less time than they told. Checkout was fast and efficient. My first experience with Toyota of Kent was exceptional and I will return!

I went in looking for a new vehicle from this dealership and wasn't very prepared for the buying process. The staff helped me and was super informative. They helped me decide on the direction I wanted to go with a vehicle and figured out all of the options I wanted.
