My recent Camry purchase at Baxter Toyota was hassle free. The entire event took about 2 1/2 hours. Denis Mejia was awesome. He was up front about everything. There were no games. Baxter even had a tech guy named Dillon that synced my iPhone to the car and explained the car functions. That was a first for me. It was greatly appreciated. I’m not very tech savvy in my old age. If your interested in buying a Toyota in the future, I highly recommend Denis Mejia and Baxter Toyota!

Buying experience
We had a good experience working with Justin at Village Pointe Toyota. He worked very hard to make the process a good one. However, We were delayed for over an hour in completing the final paperwork process. It was odd because our appt was at 10:30 am. There wasn't alot going on but for some reason we were kept waiting with no real explanation. It just felt that the salesperson had to keep stalling us. I feel like they should have been more up front as to what the delay was for and we might not have felt so frustrated.

I had a great experience with Sicilia and Emily! Sicilia found the car I wanted and helped with the financial paperwork. I didn’t feel any kind of pressure to purchase any of the extras. She simply educated me on what’s offered and how it could benefit me. Emily helped me hook up everything in my new car and follow up a couple days later to make sure everything was still working as expected!
